Veranda Firepit Cover - Very happy with my purchase :-)
I am very, very happy with my purchase of this Veranda Square Firepit cover. It fits my 36" firepit perfectly and the adjustable toggle allows me to really cinch it up nice and snuggly so no worries about it blowing away. It really is exactly as shown in the product picture and I feel it is a great product for the price. The corners on my firepit are very sharp so I decided to put a few layers of blasting tape along the inside corners of the cover just to protect the cover from the sharp corners (as you will see from my picture). The stitching is done very well and seems to be a quality product. I would not hesitate to recommend this item.

Great purchase!!
Excellent product - and great price. I was surprised at the high quality of this cover considering the price was very affordable compared to other options (and ones I've had before that I was replacing by purchasing this one). I ended up getting one for the grill and that is also a high quality cover at a great price. AND, these covers are super easy to put on!

Well Made and an Excellent Value!
I have been looking for a way to cover the 45 inch round hopper of my tractor mounted salt spreader for several years. Rain and snow mix with the salt and cause problems but this product works perfectly to prevent it! I've been using it for 2 months now and it has stood up to the abuse of sand, salt and the elements with no problem. The cover is well constructed of heavy waterproofed canvas like material. Obviously this isn't the application for which the product was designed but if it can take the beating I've given it so far, it should last a lifetime as an ordinary fire pit or furniture cover. At $22, it's a real bargain considering the quality consrtuction! I would have given it 10 / 10 stars if it were permitted! I work for a utility company and I'm going to reccommend using this product as a replacement cover for the buckets on our aerial lift bucket trucks.

The best one yet
This weathers well year round. It fits my 30" fire pit snugly and is very sturdy. The first one I ordered faded pretty bad after about 8 years and I wanted to replace with the same one, even though this was in good shape. Recommend highly.

Good cover
Good cover. Keeps my fire pit clean and dry even in Midwestern Winters. Easy to put on, and take off. After 2 years of use in a shaded area it developed some black mildew or mild (?). In an attempt to clean the black stuff off I tried to power wash the cover. Do Not Power Wash it though, I think I damaged the cover. I’ll watch it this winter. I’m going to buy this same cover when I need a new one. It would be just fine this 3rd year if I had not power washed it.

15 months later - still keeping my firepit dry!
This is a great fire pit cover, especially at the price point (I paid mid-20's for it). - Durability: We have had this cover on our fire pit for about 15 months, through two Mid-Atlantic summers, and a winter that saw 36 inches of snow piled on top of it. Our fire pit lives out exposed to the elements except for this cover, and it has stayed dry through all of it. The cover has held up remarkably well. It's made of very tough fabric, which is still quite sturdy and strong, and the elastic underneath is still stretchy and tight. - Ease of use and fit: The cover is easy to put on an take off. we purchased the 44" cover and it fits our 35" round fire pit perfectly, with coverage over the wire domed cover and wrapping down around the bowl of the fire pit. We don't really used the buckles at all. Possibly, if you have a larger fire pit, you'd need the buckles b/c you wouldn't have quite as much wrap around (or buy a larger cover). We have had wind that has knocked our deck chairs all over the place, and this cover stayed put. - Waterproofness - In terms of keeping the fire pit dry (the cover's main job) - it does the job: sometimes, we like to keep a fire laid and ready to go in the fire pit, to save time when we really just need to be making s'mores. This cover lets that happen b/c the wood and kindling, and even the newspaper, stay nice and dry. (LifeProTip - for a great homemade fire starter, stuff dryer lint in toilet-paper rolls and coat in melted candle wax, and let dry. a perfect start, every time) - Appearance: The picture shows the (original) colors of the cover very well. After 15 months, our cover is starting to look a bit worn. It doesn't get a lot of full sun where it is, so I haven't noticed the fading some reviewers have mentioned, but that light tan color on the top does seem to hold onto some darker, streaky stains. This is not that important to me; I sort of like the weathered look, and in all fairness, we have not tried to clean it so it may be that it would clean up and look like new again, so I'm not deducting a star - just wanted to put that out there for those who may be concerned about those things - maybe you'd want to look for a darker color cover, or figure out how to clean it. - Summary Definitely recommend this item if you wish to keep you fire pit dry in all weather, for several seasons in a row.

Better quality than expected for the great price!
Just got this item today. Our fire pit is octagonal rather than round but the cover just fit fine dimensionally. Not only is it attractive but it is a much nicer and heavier material than I expected. I can’t yet speak to how it sheds water or holds up over time, but it’s vastly superior to the cover that originally came with our fire pit and the three year warranty inspires confidence that it will hold up well (or be replaced by the manufacturer).

Keeps leaves out of water play table
I bought this for my kids water table because I got tired of rinsing and scrubbing tree gunk out before filling it with water. We have the Little Tikes Spiralin' Seas Water Park Play Table. The 44 inch round fire pit cover just barely fits. There are two straps with clips/buckles that can be use to snap around a fire leg and there are two spots to tighten the elastic band. Because the straps aren't big enough to buckle around the water tables legs, I used a 24 inch bungee cords to connect the two straps so the cover is secured on. It works perfectly with keeping the maple leaves and helicopter seeds out. If we get an additional small water table, I will probably purchase the larger fire pit cover, 60 inch.

Great cover, easy to adjust
This cover replaced a cover that came with the (low cost) firepit my wife bought last year. The original cover tore quickly - where this one has already stood up to heavy downpours, nasty wind gusts through our back patio and some hail. It does not show any wear after a month or so, and has never come off of the firepit. I am thankful for finding this cover, it makes my life much easier. I would buy this again if I ever needed one. Oh, with a move coming in 2018 and not being able to have any firepit then, we did not need a fancy or expensive firepit, and so the reason for buying a cheaper firepit (with a really cheap cover).

Excellent quality, nice heavy fabric ... *sizing tip ...
Excellent quality, nice heavy fabric, stitching looks strong, two straps with nylon buckles to secure it to fire pit legs (no more blowing off in heavy winds), and has elastic/bungee around the bottom edge which cinches in two places. It's well-built and clearly going to stay put. SIZING: I have a 40" fire pit with a domed lid, as shown in the product description - I got the 60" size and it fits perfectly - makes it to about 2-3 inches down the legs. I have bought a couple of these recently and this one is definitely worth the difference in price form the cheaper versions.
