There may be cheaper generic thread lockers available but there are some things that you just don't skimp on and this is one of them. Loctite has been around for years and they are well know for a reason. This stuff works very well. I've never had anything come loose when this stuff was used. Highly recommended.

I have been using this product for many years. I has taken care of many problems and situations when things like nuts, bolts, screws and such tend to come loose, usually caused by some vibration or sudden physical impacts such as in recoiling firearms. It took care of a wingnut on a lawn mover that tended to work itself loose. It also kept a scope mount on a high powered rifle in place and properly tightened. I could go on and on. Whenever you get pestered by things wanting to become undone, you reach for a tube of Loctite, apply just a little on the threads or whatever the problem area may consist of, tighten things up and let it set up for a few hours. In most all cases your problem should vanish. Highly recommended.

A must for anyone doing camera rigging on high vibration vehicles

I've noticed something. Most manly and enjoyable things tend to vibrate and rattle, especially while making noise. My Harley Davidson caused my vision to blur with images of Americana every time I opened the throttle. While lost in one such reverie, I lost a foot peg because the sound of America had loosened screws and bolts all across my bike. I experienced this problem repeatedly _until_ I was introduced to this fantastic substance. Just a dab of it along the threads provides the necessary grip to discourage screws from loosening. All of your parts will still be there when you arrive at your destination. This works for everything that has screws and experiences vibration. Bicycle fender? Put some of this on the screws and the bike will rust into a hulk or get stolen before you have to worry about those screws coming out. Lawn blowers. Fans. It's quite versatile. It's important to stress that this is a worthwhile product. Simply put, it's a watery colored glue. My first thought was "Can't I just use something else?". Sure you can, but it won't work as well. If you use anything stronger than this, that screw may never turn again. The necessary forces can just shear off the head of the screw. Less than ideal. Too thick and it won't follow the threads without applying it with a brush. If it doesn't follow the threads, it will come off and surround the screw head. Loctite Blue is in that 'Goldilocks' zone where it's just right.

I use this for my fpv freestyle drones. For standoff’s I put a dab on the table (le drib style) and use a bread bag twisty tie twisted into a sharp point to dab the paste, and essentially paint the inside of the standoff with a thing little later (doesn’t take that much) recently crashed into a light pole, hard, and it worked so well that my frame shattered, and not a single bolt was lost, even with a standoff severely bent. Quad Was salvageable and is back up in the air, so fear not fellow droners. Before using this I’d lose a motor screw once every few flights from vibrations rattling the screws out. Just get some, get 2, and be careful how you cut open the bottles tip. This stuff is runny, make it as tiny as possible, becuase you don’t want half the bottle running out at once. It flows like water, but will stay in a puddle on the table

Excellent product, works exactly as discribed. Threads hold well, and take moderate force to remove, compared to no loctite. Loctites: Blue = removable Red = almost permanent Green = permanent/never remove

Plain and simple this product is amazing. This blue version should be removable but I'm having a hard time doing so. I just need to readjust the position of something I glued in place. Anyway that would be my own fault if I cant remove it. I use the product that I glued daily. My product hits the road every day with bumps of the road but I am very confident with Loctite that it'll stay in its place, and it has now for over 2 months. I cant recommend this product enough. Just be sure that what you are gluing is exactly where u want it.

If you're buying this you likely know what it is, but in case your not sure, this stuff is used to add some extra grip and fastening power on screws and nuts to keep them tight over time. There are different versions, mainly red and blue. Red forms a more permanent bond. This listing is for the blue loctite and is for scenarios where you may want to loosen or remove the screw or nut you are securing from time to time. The stuff really works. I use it mainly for making sure my gun sights, mounts, scope mounts, etc., are fastened securely and will not come loose from the vibrations and recoil when shooting. It has been doing an excellent job.

I had a doorknob that the screws would work themselves loose on. Over and over for years I would wait until the doorknob got too loose and then screw the screws back in again, which is always a pain since it is hard to get a good angle on the screws past the bulk of the knob. Finally it occurred to me to look for a permanent solution. Wish I'd thought of it years ago. Bought this, put a little on each screw, got them screwed in one last time, and they haven't loosened up at all since. Supposedly this is the right choice for screws you may want to remove again later. I haven't tested their removability yet, but I'm glad to report that it being the removable kind doesn't seem to have effected its ability to hold screws in place. I barely used any of the tube, so I hope it stores well and I can just have the product in reserve for the next time I find myself with a screw loose.

I noticed my .45 Sig Sauer P220 was missing 2 screws, I bought the replacement screws and to make sure they stay put I used this. So far so good 😊 not messy, just squeeze the quantity that you need, cap seals pretty good so product stays fresh. I’m glad I bought this brand.
