Great for homeschool
I purchased this for our homeschool room to use in a reading nock. It definitely will not hold all the "hundreds" of kids books we seem to have but it is perfect for providing a handful of options. It also gives us a place to put our library books and allows me to rotate the reading selection. It was easy to put together and the material is good for kids. The size is just right too for a little one sitting and reading. Best feature is the ease of putting books away. Compared to a regular book case this option makes book clean up easy for little ones.

Children's Book Rack
It is absolutely perfect for my 7 1/2 month old daughter's hardback books. As you can see from the photo, I turned around for 15 seconds too long, it is also sturdy. Easy to put together too. I recommend this for toddlers.

We love these book shelfs so much that we bought a second one! One we have had for about two years and the second showed up this morning! Assembly takes about 5 minutes for a single person to put it together and they hold up great. After 2 years our original shelf still looks brand new & we read books multiple times a day! We use one for paper pages and the new one tnow holds out board books! UPDATE: as our boys grow so does our book collection. Yesterday we added a third shelf to the lineup. These things are great for the money!

Love his shelf
Love his shelf. I replaced the fabric which was very easy to do and now my daughter can easily access all her books. If you want to change out the fabric, it'll take 2 yards.

Perfect for "I want to do it myself!" toddlers...
Bought this for my 2 year old grandson, who was constantly pulling all of the books from his conventional bookshelf until he found the one he wanted. We keep his favorites in this book rack now and he grabs the one he wants without making a mess. Even after a month of use, he is still very proud that he can get and return the book to the rack all my himself. As far as size and durability, it is constructed exactly as listed in the description and the perfect size for toddlers. When I finished assembling it, it was not the least bit wobbly. The cross bars are very sturdy and set into the interior of the support boards. The nylon fabric is easy to clean if messy hands get to it before we get to the messy hands. Very, very happy with this purchase!

Adore it!
I have 26 books in this book case and room for a couple more. I have thin, thick, tall, short etc. I put 2 of the taller and thicker books next to a Dr. Suess book to show size and thickness. I will soon need another one. And will put it beside this one. Because of some reviews I was skeptical. But I’m pleased with it for a 5 year old who will soon be 6. Love the bright primary colors. Must have been me but I put it together wrong at first, but it was simple to correct. It does have a small amount, small amount, of sway when moving it side to side. The amount and sizes of books I have in It is heavy! It handles it fine. . So, we don’t move it side to side! Well worth the less than $20 -to keep books off the floor, bed, dressers and under the bed! Will buy again.

Sturdy, perfect for toddlers, colorful, easy to assemble
We purchased this bookshelf for our preschool and prekindergarten students to use in the chapel. It will hold books at a height easily accessible for even the tiniest 3-year-olds. The colors are bright. The top sling is the same green as the next to bottom sling--it just looks lighter when sunlight or artificial light shines through it. The woodgrain covered ends are almost 5/8" thick and the sturdy hollow metal rods that support the slings are held in place by screws. The physical education teacher assembled these shelves in less than 5 minutes. You only need a #2 Phillips screwdriver to assemble this bookshelf.

Great bookcase for children..
This is a great little bookcase for toddlers and children. The books are very accessible and I love that my daughter can grab the books easily. I also like that the books are front facing. This bookcase can hold a lot of large and small books. I probably have 100 books in this bookcase, mind you most of the books are paperback but I do have some larger hardcover books in the bookcase as well. We have had this bookcase for over 2 years now, it's still in great shape although the seams are coming a little undone on the top shelf, just in the corner so nothing major. My daughter loves reading and she is at her bookcase every day multiple times a day. If I had more room in my apt I would probably order another one!

Small but awesome
My kids have a ton of books. That being said, when this arrived I was completely disappointed. I decided to give it a shot anyway and immediately changed my mind upon filling it! It actually holds a surprising number of books! (All of their favorites!) My youngest toddler is incredibly destructive and I was a little worried she'd try to climb on it, but thus far, she's realized its purpose and had left it at that! (Small victories!) Totally happy with it!

Great for toddlers
As soon as I put this thing together my daughter pulled all of the books off again! Typical. Fortunately it is easy to load up with books and it is a good height for a 20-month old to even reach the top books. You can install the "shelves" with the blue in front or the pink in front. Only needs a screwdriver for assembly. Super quick and easy. I only wish one of the slings was shorter or clear because the smaller books disappear inside.
