Perfect fit, but you'll curse the Jeep engineers while doing this job!
The Spectra Premium 93069 Heater Core was a perfect fit for our 2001 Grand Cherokee Laredo. It arrived in perfect condition and slipped right into place. The foam prevents rattles and also makes sure that air goes through the core and doesn't leak around the edges of it. However, Jeep should be ashamed for making it so difficult to replace such a failure-prone part. Swapping this part involves emptying the a/c refrigerant, removing the steering column, the center console, the ENTIRE dashboard and finally the HVAC box. Then with just 3 more screws the old heater core just slides out. :-( This is a job that would cost you several hundred dollars to have done at a shop. Be sure to fix the a/c duct air leaks while you have it all apart. I've attached a picture of the self-stick weatherstripping I installed, to replace the rotted/missing factory foam seals that leak most of the air under the dash instead of out through the dash vents. The weatherstrip is part number 01058 at O'Reilly Auto Parts (I couldn't find a listing for it on Amazon) and made a HUGE difference in the amount of air coming out of all the dash vents. I was able to peel the old foam tape off of the housing and then kept cleaning the surfaces with rubbing alcohol and a paper towel until the towel stayed clean. Once it was fully clean and dry, I then installed the weatherstrip. We used to have to run the a/c blower on high, now just the 2nd position does a nice job. If you aren't sure if you're up to this job, I highly recommend that you watch the YouTube video posted by briansmobile1, titled "Grand Cherokee Heater Core Removal High Detail" at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AvdhusnuFUU He walks through all of the steps required to get to the heater core. NOTE: There's one bolt that's nearly straight up from the steering shaft. In the video, it looks like a firewall-mounted bolt, however, it is a bolt that comes straight down, way up towards the top of the dash. You're welcome. ;-) (Took me a while to find it. You'll need to get your head down where the pedals are to see it.)

Good fit and good price
This fits perfectly in a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee. This is the exact same make and model of heater core they sell at O'Reillys for over $90. Yes the install is a pain in the @ss, but well worth it. I also replaced the blower motor while I had the HVAC box out, the bearings seemed to be very stiff. If when you reinstall everything, and your interior lights don't work, gauges don't work, parking lights just make a clicking sound, what you need to do is pull the center console, and check the two ground connections by the air bag computer (beside the ebrake). There is two, G200 and G201. This area is nearly always quite gross like mine had a ton of sticky black tar from a previous owners love of soft drinks. This area gets quite grungy and you need to unbolt the two ground wires and CLEAN the connections and make sure they're tight. I did this, and everything is working perfectly again. Also check the ground strap from the engine block to the firewall, this strap is all that connects the negative battery terminal to the body, and its barely adequate for the job. Again, clean the connections, and also check the grounds to the dipstick mounting bolt. This will help to ensure a reliable electrical system.

Good product, crappy install
Installed this exactly a year ago today and it is performing very well so far. It has endured 2 Buffalo winters and hasn't skipped a beat. Good quality unit. As mentioned in prior comments, this is for a 99-04 Grand Cherokee and this fit my 01 perfectly. The install was atrocious though. Chrysler didn't factor in the heater core to be a common part to break, so they didn't design for the replacement to be easy.

Fit my 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee
Fit my Jeep, and worked perfectly. Saved me over $100 from buying it from a repair shop (or auto parts stores). The install was horrid, though. Make sure you check what you'll have to remove to change this out. Mine was the center console, dash, and HVAC assembly (including discharging the AC lines and paying for it to be vacuumed and refilled. Don't drive too long without doing this - The moisture will kill your AC components). Around 6-8 hours of work in my garage.

May not last forever***
Installed on Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 1999 4.7L. Working perfect. Fits perfect. Only difference is this is an aluminum. The original were of different color, probably a brass or a copper material. Original were much heavier in weight and feel also. This aluminum is, as you guessed, much lighter compared to the original. For the longevity, I've read after buying this aluminum core that *aluminum material for heater core won't last as long as the brass or copper due to electrolysis. Whether true or not, it's not my concern but I thought I state it here for potential buyers.

Fits perfectly and seems to be well made
This was installed in a 2001 Grand Cherokee Limited. It took around 7 total and is not as bad as all the YouTube make it out to be. Don’t be scared to take out your steering wheel. It is literally 5 bolts and it drops. Reinstall is just as easy. I installed the new heater core in the HVAC box and everything is now working great without the smell of coolant. Do your research and be patient. This can be done by the weekend wrencher!

It works fine
Nothing wrong at all with the part it works perfectly but man it’s a job taking the whole dash out and putting it back in. So glad this part worked.
