Great little rice cooker

Cooks rice perfect, and fast! These 'external' rice cookers are also nice because the steam bucket sits on top of the rice cooker, and not inside - Enclosed rice cookers have an internal basket that intrudes on the main chamber, and because they sit inside they have to handle (Very hot to handle). If you're have trouble with this thing being messy, that's because you're not washing your rice. Starch is forming from rice dust, which forms bubbles that get into the exhaust, pop, and throw mess everywhere. Rinse your rice 3-6 time in cold water before cooking to fix (Just put the rice in a bowl, fill it with water, swish around a bit gently, drain, and repeat).

Perfect rice every time

I have a long history with rice cookers. I bought this one for a vacation house. It is so much better than my others! The nonstick coating seems very tough and rice does not stick. Perfect rice every time.

Truthfully perfect rice every time

Truthfully perfect rice every time, fast, easy to clean, great price for this product. Much better than having to wait for a pot of water heat up on the stove. Pick up a kilo size bag of rice and you're set. PS: steamer works well, but if you're making a large quantity it'd be best to purchase a separate one. The juices can drip which isn't really a problem, but may be to some.

Easy to use and effective

I have two of these types of rice cookers. They are idiot-proof and make great rice and other grains. I don't really feel the need for fancy functions so these are perfect.

I bought a rice cooker at the store and returned it within days. I will NOT be returning this. It's fabulous! It is SO easy to clean too besides making perfect rice every time.

I've been using this for weeks now and just love the way it works! It makes good rice in about 15-min's time without any burnt parts at the bottom as mentioned in reviews of other brands. I also steam vegetables along the way and it's so convenient to make a quick and healthy meal. I am also using it to make soup. Love it!

This rice cooker gets the job done!

So far this rice cooker has worked very well. It cooks up to 5 cups of uncooked rice. I haven't really timed it yet, but it seems to cook fairly quickly. I like that it has a non-stick coating which makes cleaning the pot easier too. The keep warm light is illuminated to remind you that the rice is done and is on the keep warm setting. Overall, I like this rice cooker and would recommend buying it.

It's good

Have used it +20 times, simple, easy, effective. Just stir the rice every once in a while and don't let it sit dirty. Non stick is holding up nicely, no problems.
