High quality 2 hole puncher

I had purchased the Officemate heavy duty 2 hold punch off of Amazon to use for my job, as I have to hole punch hundreds of pieces of paper a day. The Officemate hole puncher required way too much effort so I returned it and purchased this Swingline Comfort Handle 2 Hole Punch. This is a high quality product and does the job well of punching hundreds of pieces of paper a day. You requires little effort to punch through a 20-30 page stack of paper and smoothly punches the holes. This was exactly the replacement hold puncher I needed and would recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable hole puncher.

Perfect Metal Paper measure for a variety of sheet sizes.

Purchased 2 different two hole punchers in order to compare and ended up favoring this select model over the other with a PLASTIC paper measure. Used for Art Books in a middle school art class books were 6 inches wide and paper needed to be 5 1/2. I had no problem measuring the appropriate area for the holes to go with this model. Also in case, any one needs to ever hole punch cardboard this works perfectly with that as well.

Packs a powerful double-punch on documents!!!! Excellent product for the small home office.

My newest favorite gadget for my home office. This little swingline packs a powerful double-punch on my documents with clean, crisp precision, a comfort handle, very little noise from punching even the largest of pages and precise measuring so all of your documents sit pretty in their binder clips. The rubber pad underneath is a non-slip pad which makes it so much easier to punch larger amounts of pages. This rubber bottom easily comes off for confetti removal :) There is no mess with this product and I highly recommend it! It does exactly what it says it does. AND the best part is that YES it does punch 28 sheets without mushing them and fanning then out like some cheap 3 hole punches do with a significant amount of paper.

Awesome Punch - Way Cheaper Than At Office Depot

When we added another staffer to our office, a staffer filled an Office Depot online shopping cart with needed items and asked me to approve it before hitting the submit button. I thought to myself, Office Depot wants nearly thirty bucks for a Heavy Duty two hole punch... That is highway robbery. At Office Depot switching from a regular duty two whole punch to a heavy duty model ( higher capacity punches more pages at once with the plastic coated handle ) DOUBLES the price. This unit that is pretty much identical to the Heavy Duty model at Office Depot but is half the price (name brand) and with Amazon prime arrived in two days with no sales tax. Office Depot you can keep delivering cases of copy paper but for items like this Amazon just blows you away. Thanks Amazon. You rock.

Superior traditional design

This punch is "traditional" in that it is front loading and has a nice long (padded) handle for leverage. It is far superior to the Swingline punch with rear loading holes and a short handle.

Better than turning a 3 punch into a 2!

Served it’s purpose! I’m sure that if i would have been a little more detailed in my organizational skills my filing project would have come out even better than it it cause i did it without the ruler!

The best 2-hole punch!

This is the second Swingline 2 hole punch I bought, the first one I got from the store, used that one for years and like it very much (still using that one, just need one more). The design is good, making office work so much easier (many papers need holes punched) and saved me lots of effort in doing so. Checked the store and realized that they no longer carry this version of the Swingline punch, they only carry the Swingline newer version punch with a shorter handle (which I tried out in the store and found it in no way comparable to this one). So glad to find this exact same one I've used for years and like so much on Amazon (stores not carrying this one any more), punching holes becomes a nice experience!

Very useful

I use this for punching product packaging cardstock. I only needed to punch one hole, but wanted something I wouldn't have to hold in my hand that would be easier on me after many punches. I line up the paper with the guide and did a test paper so that I would know where to set it, and it was as easy as that. I would recommend it to anyone looking for an easier way to hole-punch smaller products or if you wanted to use it as intended for the double-punch.
