I got the assortment to fix my mower. It was less expensive to get this assortment than getting a pack of 10 at the store.

Worked for the repair I needed.

We have a chandelier in the dining room with 5 decorative cups that contain the light bulb sockets and support the glass globes. One had become loose somehow, threatening to dump the glass globe if the fixture was bumped or jostled. These E-clips looked like they might tighten up the fixture by acting as a shim in the space below the loose cup. The 3/8-in size did the job and is not noticeable unless you look for it. I simply used a pair of "Robo-Grip" pliers to squeeze it into the gap below the loose cup. I couldn't use a regular washer because I could not disassemble the fixture. It has been crimped together somehow. Well, I now have this nice collection of clips that I might never use again, but at $10 it was much cheaper than a new light fixture.

This is a must if you are a handy-man/woman. I purchased this because I needed a "1/16 e-clip and my local hardware stores didn't have any that small and they charge .50-1.00 for a single clip. Here you get a variety of 300 for 9.00. Fast and free shipping also!!

Good assortment.

If you work on electronics that have e-clips, you need this. After losing a 1/4" e-clip and spending an hour finding it, I ordered this kit. Now I can take apart the printers without a worry about missing parts. One important note, when opening the box do not use too much force and spill the e-clips.

Equipment needs

I cannot imagine using these up in a lifetime, but for the cost of e-clips I was using on my maintenance projects...this was a great deal. Would buy again knowing what it has cost to purchase original equipment e-clips when these work just fine for my needs.

Life saver in the shop.

It never fails, one last clip to install and you are done! Then it goes flying off some place and you never find it! Of course they are black and blend right in with the rest of the junk on the floor. This is a nice little collection of the most common sizes. The only way you could make it better was if they were bright yellow or orange.

Higher quality metal than the parts store. I bought these, but also got a small assortment pack from Advanced Auto to try for a couple bucks. All 3 broke from Advanced broke in half during install on a manual shifter cable base. Luckily this kit came in the next day and the first one I tried bent like it should and snapped into place. Glad I picked this kit up for many future projects!
