Good Cord.

I needed one of these when I added a new outlet outside. I put an in-use cover over the outlet which prevented my old 3 way adapter from fitting, so I needed one that would extend outside the cover and allow me to plug in a fountain pump when I wanted it on as well as my pergola lights and anything else I might want to power. The local home improvement stores had 3 foot models, but they were made for heavy duty current loads and were priced accordingly. Luckily I found this one on sale here at amazon for just under 7 dollars which is not totally unreasonable. I would have preferred a brown color to match my deck wood, but the green is not too objectionable. Other than that, the cord works and seems pretty robust. I only wish it had a screw hole for mounting it to a board or wall. My recommendation is to watch for sales and then order it when you can get a good price.

this is a sturdy. at first the 3 outlet holes were very very tight! almost impossible to stick a plug in. but after a few uses, it started to loosen up for me. this is a nice cord and good price. i will buy it again. but don't be surprised when it's hard to plug something in. with a few uses, it gets better.

Christmas outside is saved

This is a fantastic option for outside lights. I had this out in the rain with one outlet open. I had a projector connected and a string of lights that was wrapped around an outside tree. It's a fantastic option and never gave me any problems.

I have to say that I absolutely love this extension cord

So, I purchased this to go with my Flowtron BK-15D bug zapper. I have to say that I absolutely love this extension cord. I am a born again student and live in a rental duplex house and this thing has come in handy so many times when contractors have had to come over when I'm at work or school and needed an electricity supply. I know that I will be using this extension cord for many years. Also, although the bug zapper is under a ledge on my porch, the outlet is inside and I have used this extension cord every night since receiving it, rain or shine and I have never been shocked and it works like a charm.

Handy for camping.

We found this used for a recent camping trip, we had electric hook-up at our tent and were able to use this to charge our devices, note that whilst (on our campsite anyway) the socket was covered, care must be taken to keep devices in a dry place when charging, avoid charging on the ground, beware of dew and condensation inside tent as unexpected sources of moisture.

Nice cable! Heavy duty

Nice cable! Heavy duty, but not too thick/stiff. It has 1 three prong plug on one end and 3 - three prong outlets on the other end. It can easily handle large heavy duty extension cord type plugs into the three outlets, however I agree with a prior reviewer that you won't be able to plug three large "bricks" (the type of large blocks that are sometimes found on the end of a hair dryer cord, or are commonly found on AC power adaptor cords) side by side into the 3 outlets as they would be hitting each other.

works great for Christmas lights

We put up a LOT of Christmas lights, so we need lots of cords. We buy expander plugs for the cords with single outlets, but having three on cord is very nice. 25 feet is a good length and the cord holds up well in bad weather (we have had a lot of rain this year.)

Good quality, light weight and does the job

It's sturdy. It feels like a good quality because I have three extension cords and they are not as tough as this one. I loved the three outlets it works really great because my tv, cable box and chrome cast/firetv need attachments and it's all fixed in one single wire. Also my Christmas lights are three and attached in one single one. It's light enough to hang on the wall with command hooks.

Inobtrusive and strong

I had to plug in 3 Christmas decorations along one side of my front yard and this was perfect. It rained for a couple of days, no problem! It blended in well, which was nice. Very sturdy and durable, and looks like it's going to last for years to come. I'm going to purchase another one for lights in my back yard that I can use all year.

Looks and Feels Solid

This is my first time buying an extension cord intended for outdoor purposes. It certainly seems a lot beefier than the ones I have purchased for inside. The sockets felt very secure. I am confident this was a smart purchase.
