Best thing since sliced bread
Our daughter has many food allergies so we make waffles with this mix using cinnamon applesauce (credit to chefs at Disney World) in place of just water. They are a great snack for her especially after school and when traveling. I use a small waffle maker (toaster size) and bag and freeze them. Then she just pops them in a toaster or eats them room temp. If you have dairy allergy, while traveling beware of using a toaster that buttered toast has been reheated in.

BEST EVER WAFFLES WHICH FOOL EVERYONE....
Why tell my guests what I'm feeding them when I already know they are 'everything' free, including 'yeast'!!! Hard to find anything that is 'yeast free' and yet here it is! I don't eat meat or poultry or dairy or yeast but I can eat these! How? I just don't bother adding the eggs! My waffles come out just great and again I don't mention anything to my guests who rave how delicious they are! I know they just had a very healthy meal! Here is what I do: To the ingredients I add: 1. My favorite...Organic 'unsweetened' Vanilla Hemp Milk as my liquid of choice instead of water Living Harvest Tempt Hemp Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla, 32-Ounce Containers (Pack of 12) 2. I might add a pinch of stevia or a pinch more of organic pure vanilla extract (alcohol free) 3. I DO NOT add any eggs! (just add a bit more of your liquid of choice) 4. Other milks to use are the Organic Chocolate Hemp Milk for a treat, etc... 5. On top of my waffle I use - 'Soy Free' Earth Balance and either eat it just like that which I must say is delicious or topped w/freshly cut strawberries when in season or some seasonal fruit. Syrup is sugar, so not an option for me, but my family will pour on that as a topping, yet they have admitted that it's really yummy without it! Leftover mix stores well....just stir up really well and you might need to add a bit more of your 'milk' of choice to get that right consistency once again. Yum!

This is the best one I've used
I've tried many pancake mixes since my daughter was diagnosed with both gluten & dairy allergies 4 years ago. This is the best one I've used, no question. I will say, however, that I add some of my own ingredients to the mix, depending on what I'm making. I almost always add a bit of agave or honey, vanilla extract and then typically some fresh fruit as I'm making them or with waffles, at the end. I use coconut or vanilla almond milk in place of the milk or water. (and sometimes a few dairy free chocolate chips). I have served them to guests several times and I've gotten loads of compliments - people never think they are gluten free. (Probably because they taste like cupcakes by the time I'm done with them). 😄😄

A nice gluten-free waffle mix.
So far, I have only used this mix for making waffles. I followed the directions precisely, and my husband and I were very happy with the taste and texture of the waffles made with this gluten-free mix. I have not tried it to make pancakes as yet. Gluten-free has certainly come a long way since the cardboard tasting products of the past. I will purchase this brand again in the future. Very pleased! Happy dining...

Great taste and super easy to throw together
I love to make these pancakes. There is no sugar in the ingredients which really works for my family. By the time you put on toppings one has plenty of sugar! I love the taste (and I have tried other GF pancake mixes) and I love the ease of mixing these together. Just throw into the well in the center of 2 c of the mix 2 eggs, 2 T olive oil and add water to the thickness or thinness you desire your pancakes. Fast and easy with great taste. Can't get any better than that!

Best gluten free waffle mix
My family loves the waffles I make with this mix. 9 years ago I tried all the different gluten free mixes - Pamela's, King Arthur and a couple others. We all agreed Namaste was the best.

For anybody
I don't have to eat gluten free and neither does my son but we eat these every Saturday morning. Pretty basic ingredients and I can easily make waffles too.

Excellent taste, fluffy pancakes, allergen-free!
My son has several food allergies and intolerances, including to gluten and dairy, along with a multitude of other things including almonds. The highlight of our annual family trip to Walt Disney World are the mickey waffles, especially for my son. This past year was the first time we've taken this trip since his diagnosis. We were thrilled to find out that this is the allergen-free pancake mix used at Disney World resorts, after chatting with the chef at The Wave. Disney does such an excellent job with allergy accommodations, and the waffles (allergen-free this trip!) ended up giving my son a true sense of normalcy--where he could eat food he was really missing since his diagnosis. Even before our trip was over, we ordered a case of this pancake & waffle mix to be waiting at home for us once we returned home. The mix makes pancakes that taste great! It's super simple to use, given the recipe on the box (in english and french). They're light and fluffy, hold up both as pancakes eaten fresh, as well as to both freezing/reheating, and using as a base for a breakfast sandwich. We will DEFINITELY be purchasing this mix again once this case is eaten. We highly recommend this both as a mix for non-allergy families, and especially for allergy families.

Namaste
I love this waffle and pancake mix. I am someone who has to avoid gluten due to Hashimoto's. I tried a few other gluten-free mixes and they were okay, but this one is great. My waffles and pancakes come out with the perfect combination of crispiness on the outside and tenderness on the inside every time.

Martha Stewart Like Waffles
I bought this mix at a friend's recommendation. It is hard to find at my local stores & glad to find it at Amazon. I use it for waffles instead of pancakes and they are delicious. A non-gluten-free friend that tried them described them as "Martha Stewart-Like" They looked perfect, cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. Must have for our pantry.
