Great for the post of the mailbox...You can read the letters from very far away, and they look great!

Easy to apply and looked great on the mailbox. Nice size makes them easy to see from the street. Very happy with them.

These numbers are very nice and the gold color is quite attractive. For these reasons I'm giving 5 stars. Unfortunately, they did not work for me but this is most likely my fault in making the wrong choice for my needs. That being said, I do not reccommend these numbers for Rubbermaid rural mailboxes. First of all, I should have bought white reflective letters on a black background. The gold letters are attractive but not suited for night viewing when trying to find an address. They are difficult to see in the daytime as well because there isn't enough contrast between the black mailbox and the shiny gold letters. They would probably work fine in other applications that do not require reflective properties.

We ordered these for a mailbox we purchased. We put our name and house number on the mailbox. We are not sure what else we will use the lettered and numbers for. They are a thin material and are easy to fix to the box. I iked the size of them as it should hep the mailman know which house number and name he is delivering the mail to, which is a benefit for us. Good price for the convenience.

The numbers look good on my mail box.

works well on my outdoor rural mailbox. Held up during our 100 year storms with record rainfalls.

Not only does the black background make the numbers easy to see it also made it very easy to alien. The door on my new mailbox now clearly shows our house number. Don't you hate it when you are trying to find an address and no one has the address numbers on their houses or buildings! If this is you, please know if people can't find your house number, how will the fire department or ambulance find it? If you are in crisis, how long do you want to wait just so first-responders can figure out where you are? Give them a fighting chance at saving your life. Make sure your house, apartment, or building is clearly identifiable. The life they save could be yours!

See photo for what you actually get. Letters are good quality and it's been looking good on my mailbox for 2 months and still looks new. The gold lettering has a black background.

I was really happy with these. After begging my landlord for nearly s year to repaint the ineligible house numbers on our street, I finally gave in and got these instead. I didn't count the numbers, but there were multiples of each with several extra 1s, and I managed to get my address on both sides of the mailbox as well as the front door. It rained cats and dogs the next day and the numbers were fine. I haven't had them up long, but so far they're perfect!

They fell right off my mailbox and I was ready to get on here and complain like crazy, but it is in fact my mailboxes fault. It had a weird powder coating making it matte and nothing sticks to it. We repainted the mailbox and now these stick. I'm a part time delivery driver while in school and always HATE when a house doesn't have numbers on their box, so it made me think about putting more reflective numbers on ours. Great product, and now delivery drivers have a much easier time of finding our house, and you can definitely see it at night.
