My house is limited on space and my bathroom is no exception ... so when we had our son and he LOVED playing in the bath, we weren’t sure what to do with all his toys. I would love to have a basket beside the tub to store his toys, but there simply wasn’t enough space. So we bought a suction cup basket .. only to realize our tile in the bath has rustic, uneven surfaces so the basket wouldn’t stay suctioned. I started looking around and saw this toy organizer and knew it was the right fit for us. It’s easy to adjust, fits his toys well, and is easy to clean. AND most importantly, it isn’t taking up extra space. Because it’s a basket, the water is able to leak through the bottom to help your toys dry. I’m really happy with this purchase and am always recommending it to people that also have storage issues!
I actually bought this for my bathtub for many reasons: I was looking for a bathtub organizer for all the usual stuff you may take to the bath with you such as soap, sponge, tea, scrub, razors, etc., most of the "elegant" more expensive organizers hold nothing! They are not worth the money and simply don't work for what I need it for - now instead of having items littered around the tub, they all fit really well into the organizer with loads of room to spare. I also like the fact that it is plastic (good quality) and not chrome, because even though manufacturers tout their non corrosive chrome organisers - they do rust and look awful in a couple of months. This organizer is huge and holds everything you need and it fits perfectly. Very happy with this item.
Yay! These bathtub toys are out of the way and drying! No suction cups to deal with. Adults can use it too! Having an extremely wide bathtub made it difficult to find toy storage. Those suction cup storage nets are okay, but this is better. It expands and contracts to fit your bathtub. You can move it into the shower so the toys can drain! Very sturdy too! Honestly, I bought this on a whim to try to get some of the toys out of the bathtub. It's not relaxing for Grammy to lounge in the bath when there is all that musty junk all over the place. We needed a bathtub toy solution and fast! This did it, and at a great price.
Likes: The toys aren't sitting in the up and that mildew and first isn't being collected in the corners of the bathtub because I lay the soap bottles there. This is a perfect way to organize and keep the bathtub clean. Also, it comes with two divider inserts so you can choose how big sections are. I did one for the body scrubby, and used the other to separate the bath soaps. Dislikes: Readjusting the width for the tub is a little tough, or at least for the one I ordered. You have to use your muscles a little.
This worked out perfectly for me! I am using the tray for storing shampoo/body wash/etc. (not for children's toys). There were some negative online reviews which implied if you don't have a sharp edge on both sides of your tub, the tray would not have proper support. Those reviews made me a little nervous to purchase the tray, as I have curved edges and very little surface area on the inside lip of my tub, but I decided to give it a try anyway, and I am so glad I did. The tray is very sturdily supported even with shallow edge surface area for the tray to rest on. I love it.
This is the second one I have purchased because it is the best! I have owned so many different bath toy organizers and I can't speak highly enough of this product! This is more sanitary than the bags with suction cups or containers with only a few holes. It doesn't hold water at all and is easy to clean and disinfect. It is easy to place in and out of the tub even when it's filled with toys. (I carry it straight to the dishwasher and dump all the toys in.)
I love this little contraption! I have an old claw foot tub and no place to store anything. It holds a lot of bottles (all full size, no travel sizes), the two dividers hold it in place so it's really sturdy and no slipping off the ends of the tub from the two pieces that make up the tray and no sagging because things are too heavy. It's also nice because it holds the curtain liner back out of the way so you actually have more room in the tub too. Would recommend in a heartbeat to anyone who needed across the tub storage.
This has been the perfect solution to our bathtub that has no places for shampoo bottles, soaps, etc. Keeps everything off the sides of the tub (a pet peeve of mine) without having to hang from the shower head, use unreliable suction cups, or buying an expensive shelf system. It is easy to slide to each end of the tub as well, depending on bathing or showering and has tons of room and won't rust since it's entirely plastic. It would also be perfect for a kid's shelf and toy storage.
I waited too long to finally decide to order this (as I have spent lots of small dollars here and there that have added up with bath storage containers that disappoint). This is the ONE- no suction issues like other ones, the kids can dump water over it like a strainer to play with it. I would even say it encourages them to keep the water in the tub. The list of dissapoints is limited to one, which is more really to do with my tub which limits the products placement. Because it is reliant upon two sides to shelf set on we only have a quarter of our bathtub that allows for this.
I wish I’d had this years ago! We've been keeping my daughters bath toys in a plastic colander and this is essentially the same thing - but much more convenient! It comes with two optional dividers. I only used one, to separate her bottle of bath soap from the toys. The width is adjustable to your tub, which is great, as ours is narrow with sliding glass doors. I’ve read other reviews about the quality, while it’s true the plastic is not super thick, once put together the basket feels sturdy and holds a lot of weight without a problem.
