These are the only ones that mom wants to use ...
These are the only ones that mom wants to use. She is 90 years old and this is the only brand will be buying .

Super comfortable and well fitting!
I bought these online when my grandfather was having a hard time finding these in his size. He will not stop raving about how comfortable they are and how well they fit. I honestly had no idea someone could be so thrilled about an incontinance product so I wanted to come review it on his behalf.

It's a winner!
Great replacement for the pads I wore in re-hab. Very comfortable and sturdy, lives up to the claims. Neat packaging, fast delivery... I would definitely recommend these.

Donated rather than returned...paid it forward!
They were too big for my dad so I donated them. His issue was that they fit in the butt but the top came up to his nipples! 🤣🤣🤣🤣Yep I was laughing my butt off!!

I wish the inside pad was a little wider in the back to contain accidents better but they are better than wearing nothing
It has been hard to find something to fit my dad. (5'11 and 265 lbs with no real butt) but these do. I wish the inside pad was a little wider in the back to contain accidents better but they are better than wearing nothing.

Good pricing good fit great product!
We buy these for my grandpa who is elderly with an inconstinence issue. He is also a very large man. It is the only brand that I can find that is xxl and will fit him. They work well are easy to put on and take off. Only thing that would be better is if it had a baby diaper like side tab to take on and off even easier

Thank you.
I though diaper would be thicker to use over night, have not try you, but were to thin, John Bradford

The Prevail pull-ups strike a good balance of absorbency and relaxed fit.
As a caregiver, I have bought several different brands of adult pull-ups and have noticed that even though the design of adult diapers is similar across brands (i.e., they are disposable underwear with absorbent padding in the crotch), beyond this basic design, there are variations in form and fit between brands such as waist softness/flexibility, pad thickness, leg hole size, etc. IN MY OPINION, if I had to scale the major brands I have bought (i.e., Depend, Tranquility, Prevail, Tena, and Surecare), I would place Depend on one end of the scale followed by Tena and Prevail in the middle, and finally Surecare on the other end. I always buy the most absorbent pad design of each brand. The Depend pull-ups are somewhat snug fitting and appear to be designed to function more like padded underwear than a diaper. They are good for active individuals but may not be as comfortable around large waists. Tena underwear is similar to Depend in snugness and fit. The Prevail pull-ups are more flexible with a softer, more relaxed fit around the waist and a somewhat thicker pad than the Depend brand. Both the Prevail and the Depend seem to be fairly absorbent, so pad thickness may only be an issue in fit rather than absorbency. The Surecare pull-up has the softest, most loose fitting waist of the these brands but has a thinner pad than the prevail. They seem to hold less liquid than the Prevail but are probably the most comfortable in terms of softness and waist flexibility. Of course the compromise is that the loose waist can ride down if the individual is very active. I didn't include Tranquility underwear on my scale because they are advertised as an overnight solution. The Tranquility pull-ups have a flexible waist with medium stiffness and a large pad. The large pad may limit their comfort during daytime activities. I notice some Tranquility reviewers have complained about leakage, but I have never had one leak. In conclusion, I really like the performance of the Prevail underwear. It strikes a good balance of absorbency and relaxed fit so five stars. Of course, I would suggest you try products from several different manufacturers to find the most comfortable choice for your application. UPDATE (July 3, 2014): I just wanted to update my reviews since I have tried the Attends Super Plus pull-ups. I really like the Attends. They are about the same price as the Prevails, but have a somewhat stiffer, tighter waistband and a slightly wider pad than the Prevails. In fact, coverage and absorption seem to be slightly better than the Prevails during extended wear. The Prevails are still my "go to" solution, but the Attends nicely fill the niche between the Prevail fit and the Depends/Tena fit. Anyway, IN MY OPINION, this is how I would rank the adult pull-ups that I have bought. Stiffest waist band, tightest fit, most like underwear, good for active daily use. 1. Depends 2. Tena 3. Attends 4. Prevail 5. Surecare Loosest, most flexible waist band, relaxed fit, good for large waists and limited movement.

Best fit so far for Plus size
I have tried all sorts of pads even to a point of putting 4 or 5 in my underwear at the same time and they all leaked so bad I had to change clothes 5-8 times a day. Being a plus size makes it hard to find diapers or incontinent briefs. The main issue is folds of skin push out in unique ways based on your body and no one else's. So finding anything that will form fit has been impossible. The form fit is CRUCIAL since water follows the creases in your skin when you are overweight and comes out in areas that can not always be predicted. So in the past, I have 4-5 pads but still get my panties and the floor wet since I do not have full coverage. Prevail 2X LG not only is big enough to fit me (I wear 4x-5x pants) but the elastic form fits better than my panties and protects from leaks better. I do add extra pads to the Prevail because they are cheaper to change than the Prevails and make them last a bit longer. I wish they had a wider spread in the crotch area and were higher waisted; They tend to be a bit short in the back. I turn them around sometimes and add pads based on my activities. They do not prevent all leaking such as a baby's diaper can. But I no longer have to wash 3-4 towels and 4-5 underwear every day. If I am careful, I change a couple of pads to wear them longer and throw them away when I need to. The elastic stretches out after taking them on and off 4-6 times depending on how much you pull on them and the paper is fragile so you have to be careful not to pull too much or you will put your fingers through it. The best way to take them down if you plan to pull them back up is slide them and just let them fall - it saves the elastic. They are the best I have found for the price.

Prevail Super Plus Large
I had been using the store brand from Walmart for about a year and seemed very happy with them. Then the little store in my little town started carrying Prevail so I thought I would try them instead of going 15 miles to Walmart. I love them the absorbency excellent. I ordered the others by accident the plus and not super plus and they are not good for me at night, but are fine during the day. I'm very glad you carry them so I can buy several at a time and the price is better if you count all that gas. I just love that they come straight to the house. I would recommend them to anyone.
