Love This New Pan for Making Granola

I've been making granola on a regular baking sheet and had to be really careful about not losing half the granola when I stirred it up. In this pan you have raised edges so less problems with spilling. This pan is really heavy so will last a long time. Nothing sticks because of the non-stick coating and I can't wait to make Buche de Noel this Christmas. Here is my granola recipe: Vanilla Granola 2 cups rolled oats 1 teaspoon Saigon cinnamon 1/4 cup clover honey (or other types you like) 1/4 cup dark brown sugar, packed 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 2 teaspoons high quality vanilla Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. In a large bowl mix oats and cinnamon. In a small bowl blend together the honey, sugar, oil and vanilla. Then mix this into the oat mixture until well blended together. Spread the granola out onto the baking pan and bake for 15 minutes, stirring three times. So stir after each five minutes. Then cool in pan on top of stove. It also states that this pan won't warp because it has heavy-gauge construction. P.S. 2 I also made cookies on this baking pan and the heating was very even. While the cookies I made on other baking sheets blended together this baking pan seemed to encourage the cookies to stay apart.

Great product - very durable

I have had one of these pans for years. It is well used and seasoned - and still works like a champ. I purchased two more recently, as I've found these to bake evenly and clean up well. Great buy.

This is my new favorite pan

This is my new favorite pan as you can bake lots of french fries, cookies or bacon and they all come out just perfect. You can easily fit 12 ounces of bacon slices on the pan, for example, making breakfast or any other meal quick and easy. The pan seems to bake foods evenly and so far the pan has not warped. Very pleased with the ease of clean up too as the nonstick coating makes cleaning a breeze. It also seems durable. Recommend.
