FANTASTIC shade structure!
This thing is AWESOME! I'm 6' tall and it doesn't bump my head. Plenty of room, even one person can set it up, although it's quicker with two people. You can buy separate panels that velcro onto the sides to get extra wind and sun protection on those sides. I've been working on my sprinklers this summer, which is a hot muddy job, and the EZ-UP has kept the sun and rain off of me. During light rain, I can keep the radio and other water-sensitive gear out with me while I work. We had some light hail (up to about 1 inch diameter) and it didn't tear the fabric anywhere. When this EZ-UP wears out, I'm buying another one. One of the best purchases I've made on Amazon.

FINALLY the perfect beach tent
We just moved to Florida & have a 3 year old and a newborn. We were in search of the perfect tent that would be easy to put up, take down, large enough for our entire family (and extra ppl), room for all our stuff, affordable, sturdy that wouldn't blow away and FINALLY we found it with this tent. We purchased 3 before finally got this one. We tried the half moon looking ones only to find out that not everyone could be shaded at the same time, we tried extra large umbrellas only for them to be staked to the ground but the wind would make them blow up and ultimately break. Finally we tried this but also bought additional weight bags that you put sand in and OMG it does NOT move at all. We can fit about 10 ppl in here comfortable with chairs. All our stuff fits. It's a piece of cake to take down and put back in the case. I'm so glad I was persistent and refused to give up on searching. We come to the beach every single weekend and I can be completely in the shade with my kids and we can still play in the sand. It's awesome but if you are using for the beach I would not get this without the additional sand weight bags. That makes all the difference in th sturdiness.

setup easily, worked perfectly
Arrived quickly, setup easily, worked perfectly. It was a breezy day, that first, but our new slant leg 10 by 10 Easy Up stood firm all day, almost. Toward the end of the day, a particularly puffy puff of wind lifted the Easy Up and she took flight, for a moment. The flight, and subsequent crash landing tore the canopy and bent several of the bars. I called the company, Easy Up, to order replacement parts and was told that there was no charge as this is a first time warranty situation. The replacement parts and canopy were sent free of charge.

This is pretty simple to use once you check out a couple ...
I needed sunshade for my backyard for my less than 2 yo who is obsessed with the backyard. I needed to be able to set it up and tear it down alone. This is pretty simple to use once you check out a couple videos on putting the shade up and taking it down without help.

E-Z UP SR9104BL Sierra II 10 by 10-Feet Canopy,...
We own a very old version of this style E-Z UP, and the framework has had issues. Since this was a gift, it was wonderful to see all issues with setup had been resolved. The new locking mechanisms on each leg were very easy to work with, making set up and tear down a breeze.

From inside it was easy to push the top up and expand the frame ...
I'm a 5'3" female and I had no trouble putting this canopy up myself. It is heavy, but not so heavy that I can't carry it reasonable distances and the storage case has wheels, so in most cases, you can just roll it to the desired location. I put the canopy over the frame and them stretched out the frame until it was wide enough for me to climb inside. From inside it was easy to push the top up and expand the frame out. You need to push up on the center support bars until they go beyond a straight line and actually bend upward a little. You will hear a click when they are in place. Once the canopy was expanded, I velcroed the canopy in place, and then extended the legs. You don't have to bend down to extend the legs. Just depress the button, step on the foot of the leg, and pull the legs up until they click. It's quite easy. Taking it down was even easier and it all fit back in the storage bag without a problem.

So far so Good
Update, changed to 4 to 5.-used today at a semi windy fair, set up with two folks took me 3 mins and honestly could have done it in 5 all by myself- good tent! directions could be WAY better, had to watch youtube and try various things on my own. You can get it up with one person (once you know what you are suppose to be doing) and I'd say it turns 5 mins into 10 so not so bad. I will update this review once I use it for the fair in about a week. I did a practice run in my back yard once it arrived. Update, changed to 4 to 5.

Solid...
I bought this specifically for a backyard bbq and birthday party that I was gonna throw and figured it would last a few uses. I'm sitting at the beach and event though the wind is blowing hard it is strong and doing its job. I can set it up and take it down all by myself and it is compact for travel. It has been well worth the money and it's just one of those things you need and don't know until you have it. I got this maybe 6 months ago and it's been great.

Well worth the $100 I spent on it...outlived my expectations...
I bought my first 10x10 E-Z Up during the summer of 2011. Since then I've abused it to the fullest...from backyard BBQs, Wind, Rain, Thunder and lightning, to long beach days, sand, embers from fire pits and 3 little kids...about a year ago (2015) I decided it was time to put it out to pasture...I stashed it in the back of my pickup for a quick spot of shade while fishing on the beach or hanging out in the parking lots after hockey games...I didn't expect it to make it through the summer of 2015...well here it is, July 2016 and she was still kicking strong until a large thunderstorm came out of nowhere while we were set up on the beach...ended up snapping one of the horizontal bars...I kept it for another 2 or 3 beach trips, Jerry rigging the bar so it would stay in place, when the wind picked up quickly out of the SE from 10mph to 18...I tried to take her down but it folded in on itself from the broken bar...in the end it wasn't the E-Z Up's fault, it was my own for not anchoring it down enough that did it in. With a heavy heart I unceramoniously threw it in a dumpster at Island Beach State Park, NJ...it's replacement just arrived today...all the joints and plastic pieces look to have been upgraded...it seems lighter than the old one and it still offers the same amount of shade...I'm looking forward to a good number of years from it...I can't wait to hit the beach again to break it in!

Just took it to the beach and it worked wonderfully! We have lost a couple of beach umbrellas because of the wind at this particular beach. We were tired of throwing away money so we decided to invest in something more permanent. We are so happy with it!! We particularly liked that the legs are adjustable. We did buy the sand bags for weights so the wind won't it take it away. We used it the first day with the legs fully extended and the weights (pictured). The second day at the lowest position with no weights. When the wind picked up we did put one of the weights on because all the umbrellas around us were getting tossed around. Our canopy stayed right in place. Great place to sit and enough space for our daughter to play in the sand, out of the sun. Very easy to carry to the beach with the included wheeled bag. We're also looking forward to using it in our backyard for extra shade during parties. Nice to have a place to hang towels to dry. Very easy to set up and break down.
