Recommended by my daughter's counselor for her panic attacks. She uses them when situations make her anxious and claims that they do relax her. I buy them on a regular now for her since its homeopathic and not a medicated prescription.

I have struggled with anxiety since I was a little kid, I was on medication when I was in high school but it made me feel weird like I wasn't me so I stopped. I have been just dealing with it and having anxiety attacks but ever since I got these I carry them everywhere with me and pop them in whenever I start to feel anxious. Love them

I love these little pastilles!! I suck on one or two at night and they relax me for the start of sleep. I don't stay asleep at night with anything I take, but these help take the edge off before I fall asleep.

I'm an insomniac, so the Rescue Pastilles aren't strong enough to put me to sleep at bedtime. They'd probably be great for most people to get to sleep, and they are relaxing for me. I find them most helpful when I wake up in the night. I don't want to take a sleeping pill because there's not enough night left. A pastille melted under the tongue usually helps me drift off again until morning. It's so nice to get a good night's rest.

So I get this "feeling" around the Centre of my chest, it's not painful, just weird. Of course, my Brain panics and tells me I'm having a heart attack! I NEVER realised it was for Sure, Anxiety - till Just Now. My "Rescue Pastilles" arrived, I decided to try one ~Weird Feeling GONE~ Thank you Bach Flower Remedies!

I've used this product for over a year now, and it is one of the best things I've ever ordered. I personally consider these the best flavors, but all that matters is that they really do help you relieve stress. I'm not the type of person who usually gets stressed, but when things pile up before deadlines, these help you calm down until you can just do your work or your presentation or whatever without ANY worry. Usually works for maybe four or five hours at a time.

I take this myself & enjoyed the calming effects instantly. I keep these within my reach when I need to decompress, NOT grab another cup of coffee - and just take it easy. At this stage in the game, I can nap anytime - but I know when I take this I am prone to relaxation much faster. The taste is great, almost like a gummy but not ;) Give it a try if you haven't yet!

...for soothing that "something feels a bit OFF here" feeling, without producing any BRAIN FOG or DROWSINESS. I keep a tin handy in my purse or bag. These come in a variety of flavors... I especially like the BLACK CURRANT.

I purchased these on a whim after I read about them somewhere online, and boy am I glad I did! I pop one of these in my mouth when I feel like I might be in an anxious situation and it does well in keeping me calm. It may just be a placebo effect, but I don't think so. I've recently become a really anxious traveler so I took a few of these before my flight and they worked wonders. I also used these on my wedding day since I was (naturally) extremely nervous and it definitely helped take the edge off. My mom has started using these too and I would recommend them to anyone else who gets slightly anxious. They're not going to cure major anxiety attacks, but they will help take the edge off for more minor issues.

I get headaches sometimes, and I try combinations of various things: cold water, a walk, rubbing my neck and temples, Tylenol/Advil, and this. Adding 2 pastilles to a Tylenol/Advil has been working well for me recently. I don't understand why flower essences work. Honestly, if this were a placebo, I would still be happy so long as it does. Honestly, I don't think it's a placebo, because I use the liquid drops for my cats. Before going to the vet, or the very rare bath, I put 2-3 tiny drop on a cat treat before, and after 30-50 minutes, it kicks in and they calm down for just over an hour. And I thought, if it works for the cats ... So I definitely recommend trying this product to see if it works for you. It's not a magic bullet for me, but it usually helps, and I haven't noticed any side effects.
