The other bad reviews on this item are false, they were not sharp. perfect size for lip piercings and ear piercing, they obviously didnt kno what they were doing, when you pierce something put a rubber band around the handle to hold it in place, DO NOT TRY AND LOCK THEM, DOING SO WILL HURT. i have a pair of professional forceps before i got these, there is no difference, the only thing that is different is the steel, this is not surgical steel, it is hardend stainless steel, but thats ok because there not going inside of you, so if you are looking for the best price on this item, then buy this. i wouldnt pierce my eyebrow or belly button with these, IF your trying to pierce eather one of those look for pennington forceps, I would recomend using 14 g needles. becouse the circle part is a little big for anything smaller.

good product easy to sterilize surprisingly worth the money

I love these I'm actually really glad I went ahead and bought them I wasn't going to get them because they were a little more than I wanted to spend but they are super helpful really good product you very easy to use clean and sterilize I've had them for 7 or 8 months now and use them fairly regularly and they still work great I cleaned them in alcohol and every once in awhile boil them and none of the coding or anything has come off and they still work great

They held perfectly

The teeth on the grip held perfectly and after a few moments of having clamped them (using rubber bands, not the lock feature) I didn't notice the pain anymore. It was great knowing that they were not about to slip.

Good forceps for simple piercings

I used to be a professional piercer and have decided to get back into it under the table. Let me clear a few things up, for one there are no teeth or sharp edges on these, also the lock mechanism is NOT for a piercing setting, it is for holding sponges and bandage wads for cleaning cuts during surgery. These are good quality craftsmanship and definitely and amazing deal for this price. They are good for lip, ear, cheek, and genital piercing (certain types, not all). I would fully recommend these for any aspiring or current piercers in need of some good budget forceps. A bit of rubbing alcohol after each piercing will keep these sterile and clean for quite a while.

Very intense clamps

I'm using these as very intense nipple clamps. They have a locking mechanism so make sure you take note of which way you need to apply pressure to open these before getting into a compromising situation. Lots of fun but not for the faint of heart - experienced players only if you use them for the same purpose.

Substantial, good size, good clamping ability

I use these for clamping sponges to use to apply medication on my horses hoofs. It is substantial, a perfect size, holds the sponges securely, and releases perfectly. No bending or warping of forceps with repeated use.
