This is my go to diaper rash cream. It's cloth diaper safe, it's more natural, and it doesn't smell weird. My son has moderate eczema. So we have to be extremely careful what he put on his skin. We have never had an issue with this.

This item was first gifted to me by my mom and i loved it so much that i decided to buy some more. Gives awesome coverage. I don't want to know the effect other barrier creams have on my baby. Been using it and so far no diaper rash at all. Only problem is that's its a little hard to wipe off in between changes but that increases my confidence that baby's butt is protected from wetness. I definitely recommend. One tube lasts approximately a month (with liberal usage) as my baby poos after almost every feed, also a little goes a long way. Worth every penny

Love this diaper rash cream. I use it daily and it is cloth diaper safe. It does stain the diaper with white, but it is not noticeable in a significant way. I have two tubes: one at home and one in the diaper bag. I have this on subscribe and save and love having this cloth diaper safe cream.

I used this product under my arm which had shoulder surgery. I couldn't move the arm for 6 weeks and could only use bath wipes to clean under the area. This product kept the area clean and bacteria free for the entire six weeks! Excellent preventative solution!

I've tried Babyganics, Honest Company and some other natural brands and I love this product the best. I like the consistency which is slightly sticky and almost gooey-like, it sticks to my baby's butt and soothes her. The other natural products seem to dissipate on the skin and collect in the creases and also don't seem to reduce redness and irritation as well as this product does. Ive also tried the original version of this product and I also like it. It reduces redness with one application! The original also smells great, like cupcakes to me (almost! lol).

My little one has sensitive skin/eczema and gets diaper rash in a day if we skip the cream, so we use this at every single change. I was using tongue depressors and throwing them away after use for a long time and finally caved and bought this reusable applicator. I was skeptical because of the lower price and odd shape compared to the other well known popular brand applicator. But the price led me to try it. Turns out the shape is an excellent feature, and its not a pain to wipe the applicator with a wipe after each change as I thought it would be. In fact, I can't imagine an applicator not being this shape now I've used it. Highly recommend.

This is hands down the best diaper cream out there! As a mew mother, I want the best for my baby. I reserved a lot of the creams that work the best. This one was the fasted working for my daughters diaper rash. Easy to apply and it had cleared the rash by the next diaper change! It it's also awesome that it so all natural ingredients, so I know exactly what is going on my daughters sensitive skin. This is also approved for use with cloth diapers , which was a mother plus for me. I have used it daily with my cloth diapers and never experienced any absorbance issues. I recommend this for any new mama!

This is the best version of the butt paste. This one works and it not too thick (which makes it easier to clean later). I can never find the big tubes of this in the stores so I buy them on Amazon. Who would have thought I would be buying butt paste!!?!?

i use this stuff for every skin problem that ails me. acne, healing scars, scratches, sunburns, stretchmarks. it is magic. i have adult acne that cannot be prevented (it seems), but when i have a zit coming on i start applying butt paste in the morning (after washing, toner, butt paste rubbed in, and then moisturizer, primer, whatever) and at night (same order, but i normally don't rub it in). while it does not prevent that zit (nothing can!) it shortens its life by at least half. it comes to a head normally by morning, then (tmi warning) i pop it and apply more butt paste to the wound. by the next day it's already mostly healed. it's magic and i love it. wish the natural variety were more widely available, but amazon is quick enough.

We use cloth diapers 90% of the time and almost always when we are home. Our newborn developed a rash on her tush due to frequent small amounts of poop in her diapers. The natural rash cream we used wasn't cutting it so we tried this. It was safe for use on our cloth diapers and had good reviews. We used this exclusively for 2 days and her rash cleared up. We will always keep this on hand now
