I am in love with this tube! It was well packaged and delivered on time. It is very easy to inflate with an electric inflater: time from opening the box to in the pool was under 10 minutes. The handles on either side are very handy for getting on and off the tube. The headrest is the key to what sets this apart from all other tubes: so incredibly comfortable I fell asleep my first time using it! I am a plus sized woman, and this tuve is more than sufficient for anyone who is big/tall. Would definitely buy again and will recommend to friends!

After hearing horror stories from several friends who went floating down a fairly tame river river last year - several of them had similar tubes wind up torn, sprout leaks, etc - all I wanted was something that would get me down the river in one piece. I figured if it lasted through a single outing than it was a good deal. Color me pleasantly surprised when this thing turned out extremely tough and really comfortable even after hours of floating. I dragged this tube over mostly smooth rocks, hit a couple rough stones along the way, brushed up against snaggy tree in the water, and half-rolled it down an unpaved path/boat launch. I've got more than a month of summer left ahead of me and it looks like this (and the red and white colored one I also picked up for a friend) are going to make it just fine.

I recently moved to Georgia where tubing on the river is a very popular summer activity. So I wanted to get a tube that I could use that would be nice and sturdy. This one had a lot of reviews and was recommended to me by friend so I figured I would give it a try. First thing I'll say is that it doesn't come with a pump which I think is weird I think a tube that obviously cannot be pumped on its own should come with one even at least a manual one. Thankfully my friend owns a battery operated pump and it was pretty simple to inflate the tube. The material it's made out of is very sturdy the size is very comfortable. I have used it once so far to go tubing down a river and I loved it. We had to go through some very rocky parts and the rocks scraped the tube and the tube stayed intact which is awesome. So def on my recommend it list.

I haven't opened ours yet but I used this same version at the lake last year - it was a friend of ours- and it was a lot of fun! We have a toddler who doesn't want to go all the way out to the lake or gets cold easier so this is the best of both worlds. My husband and I hold on to the rope and swim all around the lake with our life-jacket clad 3 yr old int the middle - getting to enjoy the ride and get some water through the net but otherwise safe and not freezing. For us its all about the net in the middle and the rope on the outside - perfect for our needs! Looking forward to unpacking this from its box and taking it to the lake very soon! :)

I love amazon and prime. On Thursday I decided to take my family tubing this weekend, and today we were there! I bought a couple of these single tubes and one of the yellow double person tubes from another manufacturer. My 6-year-old stayed tethered to my husband in the Intex tubes while I was in the double with my younger son. I like the tethers that these Intex tubes come with so you can attach them to one another. I also liked that the cover for the air hole is recessed on the Intex and doesn't stick up like it does on the other brand. Additionally, the area around the edges of the mesh seat seemed to be finished better on this Intex than the other brand. The double tube did lose some air going down the river. We went over plenty of rocks, and both Intex tubes held up great. I'll post some photos of this tube as well as some of the yellow double tube I have for comparison. My boys thought tubing was the best thing we've done all summer. It certainly was a good thing to do on a 95F day like today. We stayed nice and cool.

Bought three of these, and they are awesome. Very roomy, it easily fit a 5'9 270 pound human in it like a champ.

I used this tube about ten times over a season and could not recommend it more. It's very comfortable and quite sturdy for floating on both lakes and rivers. Several of my friends got the same tube and we were able to attach together using the provided attachments without issue (just make sure you choose a good knot for tying it to the tube). The cup holders are a little small for some water bottles, but they are a good fit for cans. The tubes are also surprisingly comfortable for sitting in on the ground. A few of my friends sat in them on the ground while waiting for everyone else to inflate their tubes. Ever since, we started using them as comfortable seats on the beach.

THESE!! I purchase floats every year. Since 2000. These are the best. I initially purchased one from Aldi. Don't let that make you think I don't care about quality. I am just a good shopper. I have purchased floats from Frontgate (Molly Browns), so there's that. At any rate, I LOVED it and rushed back to purchase another. Then the kids were coming home. Aldi was out and I found them here. The head rest is really nice and I LOVE that there is a mesh bottom. The construction is a heavy gauge vinyl. Everyone likes their floats firm. I let air out of mine in the headrest and the tube. It's perfect for me for comfort like that. The only thing I don't like about it is that the dark gray areas of the float get pretty darn hot. That said, when it is cooler out, I enjoy the extra warmth. I have used them exclusively in our pool. Often times, I float alone and there are ropes with a really nice connector. I connect my raft to the pole at the shallow end, and pull myself over when I am ready to get out. The intended use of the ropes are to use to connect the tubes together for river or large body of water use. Overall, the best floats I have purchased in 18 years.

I am an experienced river-tube and a big heavy man (235 lbs). I was skeptical of not using a black truck inner-tube, but this is a great tube for river floating and navigating small rapids. The back rest helps your neck and is comfortable. The emergency handles don't get in your way, and you can use your arms to paddle and have pretty good control. It's easy to lift up your butt if the water gets shallow and let the tube bounce off a rock. Plus the cup holders and bottom netting make it easy to bring drinks on your trip. Friends say they put a life vest in the center for really protecting you in shallow water with rocks, but I didn't do that, and it wasn't necessary. I bought the Intex air pump that plugs into the car lighter, and inflating took less than a minute. In short, great tube. Too big for a small child, but perfect for an adult.

We've purchased several of these rafts over the years and we always come back to Intex. The rafts are comfortable, sturdy, and the vinyl is thick and durable. My wife has a bad back but the headrest and the tube design don't bother her and she can float in the tube for hours with no problems. A rope around the entire tube circumference makes for an easy way to grab the tube or lash them together in a group. The cup holders are great, however I wish they were slightly larger to fit larger sized bottles. I also wish Intex sold the Connect 'n Float connectors separately. We have some older Intex tube before they started including those with the tubes, and it would be nice to use this same system to keep the group together. They're leaving money on the table by not selling them as a separate replacement or a backwards-compatible item, as the system really is a nice, fast, and convenient way to keep your party all in the same place without holding on or using separate ropes to lash everyone all together.
