A MIRACLE FOR MY CHRONIC CONSTIPATION

ive had chronic constipation since high school and in the last 5 years its getting worse. ive tried everything from the strongest mix in products like konsil. i literally take about 21-24 laxatives in a 12 hour period; exlax, dulcolax and miralax and i barely get any bowl movements. all i get is severe cramping and barfing 24/7. i finally tried this product and was shocked that 5 pills the first nite made me go to the bathroom 10 times without any side effects. i only needed the cleanse for 4 nites. i take 4-5 easy to swallow pills about 2-3 times a week cuz im not a big eater and cant believe how much debris comes out. take 2-4 hours after a meal....the longer you wait the better they work with 8 to 12 oz water. my stomach looks so much smaller and ive lost 2 inches from my waist, 1 inch from hips and my entire lower body looks slimmer. these are a miracle for me.

Highly Recommend

I don't write reviews often, but these capsules right here deserve some kudos! I've used quite a few products for the purpose of "cleansing" - from magnesium citrate, to smooth move tea, to the salt water flush. However, this product is now my favorite. I took 3 pills before bed, and while I didn't have the described experience when I first woke up, I did have a smoother/softer movement later in the day. Two nights later I took 4 pills before bed, and holy moly! I had a really thorough movement upon waking up, and 2 smaller ones later throughout the day. The best part is, none of my movements were aggressive or to the point where I couldn't control it - no cramping (like I get from senna) and at my own time. Highly recommend.

Works.....

One worked overnight. Couldn't imagine needing 5. Very gentle. Love that it's not addictive. It was recommended from the 10 day green smoothie book and both are phenomenonal.

Where is the nearest toilet?

The bottle said take 3-5 at night, for me not needed two was good. I was trying to keep my intestines inside my body. Cleaned me out well!

I feel so much better!

This is the first product review I have ever shared, however, I am so pleased with this product- i feel the need to share my success story. First, I will try to spare the disgusting details. It is clear that my digestive system does not work properly. The doctor told me I need to eat more fiber, however, that didn't make sense as I am a vegetarian and with a diet rich in fruits and vegetables my fiber intake is pretty high. My body has been holding on to waste so long, I experience stomach pain and nausea every time I eat food. I am not sure if there is a connection but I was also having regular headaches, trouble sleeping, rapid weight gain and a face prone to more breakouts than in the past. Other reviews suggest they saw results the next day and did not need to take 5 pills, so I started with three pills at night and I drank plenty of water. I did feel the tummy rumblings but the next day, I did not see results and I was discouraged. My second evening, I went ahead and took five and drank lots of water. I saw results on the third day, not a massive elimination event, like others have experienced, but it did work and I hadn't been able to go for at least a week before I ordered these. I have been maintaining a constant 3 pills since I'd started and continue to have regular movements (multiple a day). Since I started 5 days ago, I have lost nearly 5 pounds (my assumption is that is how much waste my body was carrying) and that number continues to drop, I haven't had any stomach pains when I eat and my acne is clearing up. This has been a life saver for me and worth the expense. I feel so much better. I hope this review encourages anyone that is questioning whether to purchase this. I highly recommend!

Get moving for a lifestyle change.

I have had a serious problem with constipation for over 20 years, most of the time I felt horrible. I constantly asked my doctor for help to correct this issue. I am one of those people that have tried everything to get my system going nothing really works.I have done colonics, I have done detoxes, I've increased my fiber, I tried cutting out beef and pork, I eat more fruits and vegetables, yet I still had digestive issues. I came across the green smoothie diet and decided to try it along with this product. Hallelujah!!! I loved the process! I had a very loose bowel movement every morning without cramping (the first time is kind of scary, but you get used to it), then I would have another smaller movement within a hour or so. I would go periodically during the day, but nothing major and I always had time to get to a restroom (thank God!!!). After the 10 days I had lost 12 pounds and my stomach was noticeably smaller, but the best part was that I felt so much better, not bloated or heavy and sluggish and a week after I still was having bowel movement on my own. I began a maintenance program, I take one pill every night before bed and I take five pills once a month. I plan to do the 10 day green smoothie cleanse once a year. I continue to eat healthier and I purchased a Fitbit and try to do 10000 steps everyday. This product has help me with my chronic constipation and helped me with my lifestyle change.

I have tried a lot of these products. I really hate reviewing a product on if it does detox you or not... but this one works great, doesn't hurt my sensitive stomach. I recommend this product.

Life Changing. Seriously. No More Issues in this Department. (Don't worry, no photos!)

This stuff has changed my life. Seriously. Hard to discuss without TMI but I used to have issues. And had to take 6-12 stool softeners a DAY just to get things to move once a week. And it was painful. And had regular issues with hemorrhoids. I take fiber, drink water, do all the things I'm supposed to but nope. And it got worse after my gall bladder was removed. This was recommended on a group I'm in and I thought I'd try it. I took one the first night. It worked the next day. I just take one each night, and it works. No pain at all. Lots of noise in my belly, but no bloated feeling, and no gas pains. I'm now a regular every other day person with no pain at all! But seriously heed the advice of everyone who says don't trust your farts. If I'm going to be in a meeting all day or something I'll skip it at night just to be safe and start up the next night. But it works, just like it says it will. I'm seriously so happy.

No stomach cramping! Works great!

Wow this stuff really works, I was so amazed how much waste came out my body the first few days with no stomach cramping! I don't like taking pills, so I twist mine open and put it on my tongue and swallow with water. I take mine at night right before bed, soon as I wake up it's time to go to the bathroom. Did I mention NO stomach cramps at all??!! 3 pills are perfect for me. The first 2 days I did go to the bathroom about twice that morning. After that it went down to 1 bathroom visit. 4 pills gave me more diarrhea. So I stayed with 3. 4 pills are perfect for my boyfriend. He tried 5 and gave him diarrhea.
