Now I want more pot stickers

This thing rocks. I love eating pot stickers but didn't enjoy making them; now I do. This press really expedites the process. It is very well built and well worth the price. Pro Tip: Fold it with both handles for better results.

Easy to Use!

I used this to make fried dumplings. The dumplings held together very well and the press is super easy to use!

Works great, had some difficulty in getting the right amount ...

Works great, had some difficulty in getting the right amount of filling in it but, that was user error. It looks like it should take way more filling than it does so I had a few blow outs. I took the time to learn the right amount to fill it and each of my pierogies turned out perfect. They also sealed perfectly without the dough getting too thin or breaking at the seams. Would recommend this product if you are looking for a great tool for the kitchen. I have not tried this on dumplings, only pierogies.

Potstickers for the win!

This awesome little tool has made my life so much easier. It's so much faster to assemble our potstickers now and the crimp makes them pretty. It fits the round wrappers we buy and it holds just the right amount of filling that our recipe calls for. It's plastic but it's well made and sturdy. I am very happy with my purchase.

Dumplings or Pierogi maker

My favorite kitchen tool!

It’s a cheap little plastic kitchen tool that I could easily snap in half, BUT MY GOODNESS DO I LOVE THIS THING! I’ve been banging out perfect batches of potstickers. Easy to use, easy to clean, and it serves its purpose!

I for some reason make the ugliest dumplings ever no matter how hard I try or who shows me to do it lol😅 these are great because they press the shape for you. Do what they are meant to do.

This is a great press for those who love making dumplings. Makes the process simple and fun.

Easy does it and it works like magic!

I love to make potstickers but do not like folding them (my recipe makes about 50 at a time) so I bought this to see if it would make the 'sealing' task easier. If you follow the instructions regarding not over loading the potsticker and lightly press the seal against the wrapper it makes a perfect seal. Always make sure to put a thin layer of water around the inner edge of the wrapper prior to pressing the two halves together or they will not stick. Note that if you press too hard you may break the handle. It is a real time saver.

Just what I needed

After searching stores(my local stores don't sell any dumpling presses) and looking online for days, I ordered this press/ crimper and am very happy with it. I used it yesterday to make 70 plus kreplach/wontons filled with meat. The edges of the wonton wrappers were brushed with beaten eggs to make sure they stay sealed. Although there are handles on this press, once my kreplach were in place I pressed on the body of the crimper instead of the handles. This put more pressure in the right place and the handles wouldn't break that way. The size of the press was perfect and it was very easy to clean. This was a good choice for my needs.
