Go Low and Slow!
If you make these Buttermilk biscuits the way you'd make normal Flaky Grands, STOP what you're doing and treat these babies the right way! these buttermilk biscuits need to me cooked at 325, for 21-23 minutes in a cake round or cast iron skillet, they fluff up twice the height and are like eating clouds, versus the normal spread out method, which leaves them, kind of hockey puck like.
