Good thick soup
Recently when I was sick a friend brought over several cans of soup including Beef Barley. It is thick, rich, has a good amount of meat, generous amount of vegetables, and tasty barley. This is a very satisfying soup. I purchased several more cans since then to have on hand for emergencies. It is good! Ali Julia review

Even Delicious For Non-Gluten-Free Types
I am gluten-free and it is such a challenge to find fast meals that fit my dietary needs. I can not rave enough about this flavor of soup. It has just enough spicy flavor without being overpowering. I am the world's biggest wimp for heat. Most restaurant salsa is too much for me. (Since I know that spicy is a completely relative term.) I love ordering this Subscribe And Save, since I must admit to going through this awfully quickly. This is my favorite Progresso gluten-free soup, but I can't consistently find it in my local grocery stores. I hope that this catches on and becomes an item that they continue to make, because even if you don't need to eat gluten-free this tastes amazing! My husband loves it and he hates "healthy food."

Mama Mia
I'm having a wedding and you're all invited! I've been eating Italian since I was just a bambino, and when I began cooking, Mama taught me the secret of making Italian soups. You took all those Italian ingredients from the refridgerator and pantry that would need to go into the garbage soon, then put them all into a pot to cook, and have a wedding! Although this called for a couple weddings per month, we never let on and just called it a cultural thing, and why not celebrate something anyway? Great soup and $1.50 a can is a good price, let UPS carry your groceries for you, let Progresso make the soup, and then have a wedding only if you feel like it. Recommended

Great Taste......And Deal
I recently ordered a case of this for my fiancée who is currently in southern Texas, where for some reason Progresso soups are available, but not this particular flavor. She remembers it from way back and spoke about missing it a lot. At first I thought I could save some money by just picking up a bunch of cans at the local market and mailing them myself. But after checking the case price here on Amazon I decided to save myself a lot of trouble and packaging and send it to her directly. I don't know what the price for a can of this goes for in your neck of the woods, but around these parts it goes for more than what the single can case price costs here on Amazon. By adding a little something or other to the order I got free shipping making it an unbeatable deal. The case arrived within a week, my fiancée is deliciously happy, and I highly recommend this if you love this soup and can't find it where you are, or just love this soup and want it delivered by the case to you door... : )

Do not tell grandma!!!
In my family we really love excellent soups, and this is one of the best. I even like it as well as the Italian Wedding soup my grandmother used to make. And all I have to do is open the can. Here is how I serve it: I serve it piping/steaming hot after having heated it in my microwave. I heat it in a covered bowl for two minutes in my hi-watt microwave, stir it thoroughly, and then heat for another full minute. Meanwhile, I cut some freshly toasted rye bread into quarters, do not remove the crust, and place a quartered slice atop a steaming bowl of soup after I remove it from the microwave. I then drizzle just a bit, less than 1/4 teaspoon, of extra virgin olive oil*** on the toast and top that with a thin slice of hard-boiled egg, which I then top with a snipping of chives or green onion. If I do not have hard-boiled egg, I substitute it with freshly-grated hard cheese atop the toast and olive oil. ***In my Italian family, a certain amount of quality olive oil is often added to whichever food item seems to benefit from it. I order these by the dozen at Amazon and will continue to do so ONLY if the price per can does not exceed the prices at my grocery store, of course.

I have been looking for this soup.
I have been looking for this soup in Houston TX for a while. I first tried it a few years ago out of Wal-Mart. Then I guess it didn't sale well for them because they stop selling it. I tried special ordering it at Wal-Mart and from Progresso. I no good luck. But I worte the company and they told me that I could special order it through Amazon. I've been a happy campier ever since. If you can find this soup in your area please try. It's soooooooooooo good!

What's not to like!
I was searching for a soup that was fairly low in carbs. Most were pretty thin and not a lot of taste. This soup was awesome! My husband even liked it, and he's not a soup guy. Now there's not a lot of chicken, but it's a good, thick broth (broth doesn't do it justice - it's creamy). It definitely filled me up. It would be a great starter for potato soup too.

Fantastic that this is Gluten-Free!!!
I had to think a long time about buying 12 cans of soup at once, but am so pleased I did. At less than $3 per can, a box was delivered right to my door. My local markets do not have this wonderful flavor. In larger Kroger's or Walmarts they have gluten-free Progresso soups, but seldom this ONE which is my favorite BY FAR. (It probably flies off the shelf.) Campbell's soups are full of gluten and make me sick. It was so fantastic to find that Progresso made Gluten-free soups. Wow! Thank you Progresso!!!!! This Chicken Enchilada soup is the soup I crave. I love Mexican food. So...just to let you know, you can use this when you are craving a good mild Mexican cheese sauce. For lunch today I had some restaurant left-over Spanish Rice and refried beans. I simply put that on my plate, added a gluten-free corn tortilla and then covered it with this fabulous soup/sauce. YUMMO!!!! If you are a celiac like I am, you will find this soup delicious beyond belief. I will be making enchiladas, and using this as the sauce. I will be making homemade chicken vegetable soup and adding this soup. It has so many possibilities if you are a Mexican food fan. LOVE IT! LOVE IT! LOVE IT!

Spicy but mild, creamy and filling! Great soup.
This soup is the favorite of our entire family. As of late, our local grocery store does not carry it, and we were having to hunt stores far and wide to find it sold out most of the time. Thank you Amazon for allowing me to order it from you and keep my family happy. It is great tasting with a hearty satisfying cheese flavor while having a little Mexican flair with the enchilada flavor and the green chili peppers. It is still mild enough that anyone can eat it. So, note to Progresso.... Please do not stop making this soup. Note to other customers.... It is good, unless they are almost out. Then I will tell you that it is bad so that you won't buy the last one and my family doesn't go without! *smile*

The best producer when it comes to canned products
Progresso soups are just about the highest rated of any competitive products on the market shelves. While Campbell products offer a greater variety, they are just about one step below Progresso. Whether its Progresso, Cambell or any other canned soup, trying to find any canned soups with a lower salt content, is challenging, but its getting better
