Good quality scarf - authentic look

My daughter has loved this scarf! It's warm, long and appropriately Ravenclaw. The emblem is stitched on well and the quality appears good. We've had it for a month and it's been worn and washed with no change in color or appearance.

Ravenclaw pride!

When I realized it would be about 50 degrees on the day I had planned an epic Wizarding World of Harry Potter day with my friends, I immediately had to order a house scarf for myself. According to the reviews on this item there has been some discrepancies with which item people are getting. I got a 100% wool scarf with the patch sewn on. It was scratchy, as expected of wool, but I soaked it in vinegar to soften it and by Harry Potter day it was perfect. The scarves sold at WWoHP are about $36 and acrylic with no house crest, so I felt like this scarf was a good purchase. It is "movie universe" - blue and gray with the raven crest rather than eagle, but I'm ok with that.

Comfortable! Very easy to make less itchy.

I absolutely love this scarf! It was itchy at first, but I know a great way to make it less itchy! Fill you sink or tub with room temperature water and add a few cups of white vinegar until you can taste the vinegar in the water slightly. Soak the scarf in the water and swish it lightly! Roll scarf carefully and then take out of water and place on a towel. Roll the scarf in the towel and squeeze out water. Leave scarf out to dry, DO NOT PUT IT IN THE WASHER OR DRIER!!!! After you do all that the scarf should be nice and soft! I would suggest this scarf to all my friends! :)

Comfy and well made

This is soft and not scratchy. It is long and well made. It has good stitching and the color is accurate.

Surprised by the quality!

To be honest, I was expecting to receive a cheap, low-quality item with a Harry Potter logo glued on. Being a fan, and loving the colors of "my house", I bought it anyway. Imagine my surprise when the scarf arrived... well made, great length, good thick fabric, Ravenclaw crest sewn on, colors perfect. It is comfortable, warm, and I think will last a long time. If it were't for the crest, it could easily pass for a "regular" scarf. I love that I can tuck away the symbol and still be fashionable, while secretly satisfying my inner-geek. Highly recommended for Harry Potter fans, especially fellow Ravenclaws... "Wit beyond measure is man's greatest treasure"

Harry Potter Ravenclaw House Scarf

This is the exact scarf from the Harry Potter movies (Prisoner of Azkaban and the rest)! It is official Warner Brothers Harry Potter merchandise by elope. It a perfect accessory to a Hogwarts uniform. Color: The colors are what they are supposed to be; navy blue base with grey stripes. Crest: The Ravenclaw crest is the crest from the movies and is a high quality attached badge. Dimensions: It measures 68 inches long and 10 inches wide. Fabric: The scarf in 100% lamb wool (as stated on the attached tag). The scarf is itchy on your neck, but not when touched by your hand. I am satisfied and definitely recommend this scarf to any Ravenclaw student or Muggle die-hard fan! Though, I would not place it in the category of toys, it is a true scarf that is acceptable to wear during the cold winter months.

Classy AND warm

This is a great sweater that you can wear as part of a normal winter wardrobe while also subtly getting your geek on. Highly recommended.

well made, good quality. surprisingly thick scarf so it's going to keep you warm for sure. a little scratchy, but not too bad. authentic harry potter scarf. great gift for any rawenclaws out there! I have two! fun to wear, cozy &warm too. would recommend. I wore it with my hogwarts ravenclaw costume and it completely the look quite nicely. but good for outer wear in the winter too.

It’s warm and works

It’s longer than expected but works fine with me(5”2). Very warm. The pattern is same as the demonstration. Arrived in time before the weather went down.

my sis loves it

I bought this as a Christmas present for my sis who left for college in Boston last summer (we live in cali) & she's been wearing it a lot. She hasn't found it to be itchy so yay :) I read a lot of reviews complaining that it was itchy, but luckily that didn't seem to be the case. It's of good quality too - hopefully good enough to stand up to Boston winters...
