I love it on my front door
Received promptly. Smoke in color. I love it on my front door. We get the evening sun and it really cuts down on the heat coming thru the door. Easy installation. Cut it to approximate size, spray on liquid (I used window cleaner) and then put the smoke film on the window, squeeze out the air bubbles (I used a automotive window squeegie) and then use a sharp razor to cut the film to size. Voila! It's done. Repeat for other windows.

10 out of 10, would recommend
The VERY first thing you need to do is watch a few “how to” videos. It’ll Make the whole process so much easier. You’ll thank yourself once you’re finished looking at the tint for watching videos before hand. With that said, this tint made the world of difference with the southern sun. Before it was shining right on the floor above the thermostat which made the A/C run constantly. Now the thermostat has a more accurate temperature reading, running less and saving me coins. Caaaaaching for me. Seriously though, it’s not necessarily easy to install, but after watching a few videos I managed just like you can. It looks good and helps with heat reduction on awkward windows where blinds wouldn’t really cut it. I’ve had the tint on my windows for about 3 weeks now, 10 out of 10 would recommend.

One-person easy install
I installed this film all by myself and I must say it really does a great job of keeping the heat out and also keeping prying eyes out while still giving you a chance to see outside. Here is a tip, you do not need to buy a separate solution like the manufacturer tries to tell you, just use water with a little dish soap in it to wet down the window before you put it on and you will be fine.

Great purchase. So far, worth the money!
Definitely use 2 people :) I did not and I learned the hard way! It says it’s for reducing glare but we have a front all glass door that faces the sun (somehow ALL day it seems) and I got this with the hopes of blocking some of the heat. After I struggled to get it on by myself (don’t make that mistake...) it immediately lowered the temp of the large room nearest the door by at least 10 degrees. Hoping that over the summer my air won’t work as hard to cool the house. The sensor for my air is close by so that by itself kept the air working nonstop. So far, so good, would definitely buy again!

Cuts down glare!!
I wish I would have took a before picture! I put these on my 8 windows down in the lower-level family room where we watch television. Prior there was always a glare coming through my curtains I didn't put heavy curtains up because I wanted some light. These do the trick! They still let light in the room but cut down that obnoxious glare on your television.

Tinted my boat windows and love it
The tint was thicker than I was expecting, in a good way, and was easy to install. It made such a difference in privacy. I have only done one side of the boat but even with full sun and curtains open on both sides you can't really see in until you are within a few feet and then it is still hard to look in. The film gives a little blue tint when looking out and it is a bit wavy, looks like a few lines running the length of the roll but very faint.

I WAY prefer this to any of the other more expensive mirror-effect similar products out there. This one does the job just as well as any of the others, AND, I like that at night you can see through to the outside day & night, even when the lights are on inside. Having been an interior designer for many years prior, I put this on my bedroom windows, which really get a lot of sun, especially in the summer here in Los Angles, Ca. and find this non-mirror film more subtle and elegant (if I can go that far). I tried one in the Bronze Color on our Dining Room window and find the mirror effect inside at night very cheap looking. Save your money and go with this one. BTW: lots of Windex sprayed on the window and on both sides of the film/paper (as you first peel it from it's backing) make this very easy to then apply to the window. For larger windows you'll need someone to help posotion it in the corners but then it's easy-peasy to spread and get all the bubbles out (and can even use a piece of hard cardboard for that)...:-)

Super easy and super private
I like to tint all the bedroom windows and any room where I want to keep the sun out in the summer time so it doesn't get too hot so I have been using window films for quite a while. These films have to be the easiest thing to install. I have purchased in the past those that need the tools for installation and had gone through that hassle when I needed to put them up. Was pleasantly surprised when I found these that just cling to the window. No adhesive and no residual when removed.

Easier to install than expected
We have a training room where we use a projector. Unfortunately we also have a few south facing windows in that room that cause heavy glare. We purchased some expensive window treatments for another conference room for the same issue, but did not want to spend another $1500. Since there were already some blinds in the room we decided to try to install some tint. This product was reletively easy to install and took less than an hour to do 3 standard sized windows. I would highly recommend purchasing the installation kit for the applicator spray and squeegee. I would however invest in a very nice hobby knife to trim the film at the windows edge. The one that comes with the kit is one of the cheap snap off style and did not make very clean cuts. Overall the film was great, so 5 stars. The install kit was good except for the blade, so 3 stars.

Works just as described. This window film really cuts down on the typical glare you get with these type of window films. I have the mirrored window film on all my windows, but I decided to give this a try because I hate no being able to see out my windows at night. Plus with that window film it's easy for others to see in at night. I wish I would have purchased this window film instead and will likely be replacing all my old film soon because of the visibility issue mentioned previously. I installed window film on all my windows at home to help lower my cooling costs. I only have single pane windows in my house and I live in south Florida, so its almost always hot. This film really does make a difference. I no longer feel hot sitting next to the windows on a hot summer day. Before the window film was installed you felt much hotter when sitting by the windows. Pros: -Product was relatively easy to install -Cuts down on cooling costs -Adds to daytime privacy -Minimal glare at night time Cons: -Takes practice to get a clean install
