Great cooking pan for the price!
Great pan! I have used twice so far for baking a tort. I have used a refrigerated pie crust that I unrolled and placed in the pan. Just the right size with a just a little left over to ornately fold over to make a slightly thicker crust edge. I have preformed this carefully and started in the middle. If you start from the edges, you may tear the crust up on the pan edges. You do have to be careful handling the pan to prevent popping your pie out as the middle easily pops up. I have placed mine on a cookie sheet to fill and bake. Once cooled, the pie comes right out, slides right off the non-stick bottom, & onto your serving plate. EASY clean up - I'm keeping mine out of the dishwasher just to make sure not to damage. Very happy so far!

Amazing! Highly Recommend!
Let's face it, I was initially attracted to this product because of its cheap price ($8.70) and immediately decided to buy two after reading some of the reviews here. The night after receiving it I made a couple Tarte aux Pommes (French-style Apple Pie) and these pans worked excellently. Since then I've been on a baking binge and currently have some Peach tarts in the oven. A previous reviewer mentioned how sharp the edges were on this pan. Yes, they are sharp, but not as sharp as you most would think. I would definitely recommend this product to friends, family and shoppers here on Amazon. Pictures to be posted.

Great pan
I was worried because of the price that this would be flimsy or cheap, but it's a great pan. It's very sturdy. It's a bit different than the picture ... in the picture you can see an oval type hole in the bottom, but this pan has a square one ... I'm happy about it because that's actually what I wanted anyway. It's bigger than I expected it to be, and that is a great surprise, too!

Fancy Pans
If you want to make pretty pies, this pan is for you! It's a great nonstick pan. Feels very sturdy and makes fancy food (if it doesn't, that's your fault...just listen to Iggy Azalea and that will fix everything) with good technique. Heats evenly. I bought one and was so happy that I ordered another one so I have two. Because it comes apart and you end up with a ring and a flat disc, one should be careful to not bend the ring out of shape (pretty hard to bend out of shape, though). You will need to wrap aluminum foil around the outside if you make anything too runny but with a good crust, there should be no leaky issues. Overall, very happy and would like to have more but I'm a cheapskate so two will do.

So glad I bought this
I LOVE this pan. It is well-made, and a perfect size. I used it to make a French apple tart, and the pan slid right off the edges as it should, with no sticking at all. I did not grease the pan. I have no complaints, and I would recommend this purchase.

Nice size and easy to make the cut :)
Great pan for just the two of us. We both like sugar free pie due to our health. Can't really find an assortment in the grocery stores and we don't usually eat a whole pie before it goes bad anyway. So this is really nice to make our pies in. What we don't eat can easily go into the freezer because of it's size. Easy to cut the perfect size you want out of it.

Awesome Pan!
Really love this tart pan! I've made quiche twice so far and a chocolate raspberry tart-all delicious! It's the perfect size and cleans off real easy. I've buttered it both times for the quiche and used baking spray for the tart. With the quiches nothing ever stuck, with the tart a little bit but I think I perhaps didn't thoroughly spray. Either way it cleaned off right away. I'm really happy with it and for the money it's a great investment! Makes me want to cook with it every day! :)

This is a great non-stick pan
This is a great non-stick pan. The seal with the bottom of the tin is good during baking. Easy to clean and a great size for tarts, cheesecakes, etc.

Great pan!
This is an excellent tart pan!! It cleans up in an instant and makes a great tart. I've made a cauliflower tart, an onion tart, and a strawberry tart with creme patisierre. The person who said the edges are two sharp is absolutely wrong. The edges are not too sharp; they are exactly the way they are supposed to be. If she wants a soft edge, she should get a pie pan, not a tart pan.

Great pans for a great price!
I bake professionally and needed some 9" or 10" tart pans. Found the 9.5" round at the unbelievable low price of 7.99, bought four hoping they wouldn't be too flimsy. I wish I had bought 2 of 3 more at that price! (still a fine deal at $9.28 each) My first dessert in them was the lemon curd tart pictured, I blind baked flan dough , then filled with cooked lemon curd. Pastry slid out no problem (sprayed first with cooking spray) I cut these into 12 portions. Very very happy with this purchase!
