In the last 4 months I have lost 74 pounds eating Lean Cuisine. Dieting is about portion control, calories and marginally about carb intake. I weighed over 300 pounds when i started this diet. I eat a big breakfast, 2 eggs + a toasted english + coffee or hot cereal + fruit. Lunch is a small salad or 1/2 cup of non-fat yogurt and fruit. Dinner is a cup of no fat chicken broth, a glass of tomato juice and TWO lean cuisine dinners. Six days a week. On Saturday or Sunday I cheat like the fat bastard I am—although my portions are much smaller since my stomach has shrunk so much.

Love this entree with a green vegetable on the side. The meatloaf has a nice tomato gravy to savor it. And, the mashed potatoes have a hint of potato skin in them.

They are out of stock now. But, it was great tasting.

Mostly I enjoy all the lean cuisine. They're easy to make for, dinner, they taste very yummy, they fill me up. I'm done !
