Same as the Pillsburry bread one can buy anywhere. Not much to say here

Great base for modfication

very good french loaf. Look online for the recipes for cinnamon bread. That's mainly what I use this for. Take it out of the tube, carefully unroll it ... line with butter and lots of cinnamon and sugar and brown sugar ... and raisins if you like. Roll it up back together and bake. Try the same with chocolate or cocoa powder. It's a great base for kid-pleasing brunch breads

Very good bread, with character and flavor. Much better than the cardboard-flavored "Italian" bread offered in most NYC delis and markets. One of my regular items.
