Great Bacon for Adding To Recipes-Serve Crisp or not Crisp. Easy but pricey.

Great bacon. I wouldn't consider it "fully cooked", unless bacon is somehow fully cooked while it's uncooked, raw, floppy and fatty. With that said, all you have to do is cook it in the microwave for like one minute and it is PERFECT, it cooks differently in different microwaves, but is very reliable, crispy and thin. I buy it ever time it is on sale. Being pretty expensive at the regular price, it's more of a treat, or an add on. It's fabulous to add to leftover chicken for a club sandwich, or to a tortilla for a snack. I would call it "Accent Bacon". You'll love it, but it's not crispy out of the package.
