Great!
Great starting kit! Easy to cut into and for the ink a little goes a long way.

I recommend this for anyone who wants to try block printing
I think some of the reviews for this item are older/based on some other thing entirely. This does not contain any linoleum - it has the pink speedy-carve rubber material. The tube of black ink inside lasted quite a while and I made around 40 prints with it before I ran out of ink (including practice prints since I had never done any block printing before I bought this kit). I still use the brayer and carving tools today and I have become obsessed with this hobby and I've carved over 20 block print designs after getting this (I prefer to buy unmounted linoleum from Blick over the speedy-carve because it tends to be cheaper). I recommend this for anyone who wants to try block printing!

Great set especially for the price
Great tools for a beginning. Only 3 cutting options, I really only use 2 of them. Can be used for more experienced artists as well, higher detail can be accomplished with proper techniques. Loved this set for the price.

Pretty good deal.
The kit costs not much more than a brayer alone, and that brayer comes with a linoleum block, a carving tool, and ink. That is a pretty good deal. The tray is made of Styrofoam, but it works in a pinch and I have used it a couple of times with no problems. This is a starter kit, not an advanced kit and as such it is a great deal. I may actually get another one.

Love this tool
Really pleased with this starter set. The quality is what you'd expect for the price but it works perfectly. Now I have a fun that's inexpensive to stay active in.

Easy!
This was easy. The speedy carve is a great material. The ink was easy to wash off. The only negative? The cutters got stuck and not easily removed.

It’s good!
I loved this kit!! I was able to make super cute Harry Potter stamps in one night. Great quality.

Good little starter kit.
I purchased this kit in order to do a project for my humanities class. The kit covers all the basic needs for anyone just getting into linocut and/or relief printing. You will need to purchase some decent quality printing paper since the kit does not include any. This kit has opened up a whole new hobby for me. See my upload pictures to see my first completed project using this kit.

Great starter kit
Great starter kit! All the tips are handily kept in the red holder, making for some nice storage, and the block is thick and flexible as to make for very easy carving. The only thing I’d point out is the small size of the block, but larger ones can be purchased easily at craft stores or online if needed.

These are my stamps I made from the one piece of rubber in the kit and they are wonderful and I made wood backs for them to attach to. Will be buying more from them.
