AMAZING

Oh my god. This is a supplement sent from heaven. I swear. it's a sleep aid but from what I understand/have noticed, it doesn't necessarily make you fall asleep but it helps you get a deeper sleep. I was taking melatonin forever and even had a period of time when I had to take NyQuil every night (which is terrible for you) I haven't felt so rested in years. I have been getting such good sleep and waking up after my first alarm (and I'm normally a 4+ time snoozer) feeling awake and ready to start the day. I feel less tired ALL DAY and my overall well being has improved thanks to this product.

Powerful recovery..

I gave 5 starts, this product is amazing, it help me have a good deep sleep, and reduce in a 30% the soreness in your body after the work out. I change my work out from 5am to late night usually anytime after 8pm and it is amazing how after a hard training section I can sleep all night and feel recovered in am. My muscle still tight but not as sore as they should be and after a deep sleep feel not tiredness in am. Met-rx is a great brand and will give you quality. They dont offer free samples and I'm not getting a discount for this review. I'm weigh lifter and the way I train require a good recovering time. I recommend this product. Take it before going to sleep so you can get the best out of it.

Helps me sleep!

Love these! I work out a lot and sometimes when I overexert myself I have trouble sleeping. This helps with that and I'm able to get really good quality sleep!

Works well for more than advertised

Made my muscles recover faster from workouts... also- Insane dreams while on this!! Like some of the craziest ones ever. Literally feels like you’re living in another life.

Good zma

Works just like any other zma. I used to take 3, then lowered it down to 1 pill. It works, but you might feels little groggy in the morning....especially when taking 3 pills. All zma pills do this to me, not just this brand.

Been using for years as it is a supplement I feel works. Sleep improvement and from what I can tell immunity improvement. Knock on wood haven’t gotten sick. I’m a night shift emergency registered nurse. Best price on the market.

I love this product I was a little on the uneasy side at first but after being on them for 2 months I can honestly say I get better sleep.

Yes, I am satisfied. Calms me down and puts me to sleep. Don't take with dairy or it won't work..something about vitamin d and zinc..
