Perfect size trash can for studio apartment. Exactly what I was looking for, fits perfectly under the counter for easy access. Arrived in perfect condition and promptly.

Love this trash can. Thickness is just right. Wish it came in white also. 13 gallon liner fits perfectly. Can't comment on the lid as I don't use it. Perfect for home office and kitchen trash. Exterior is a matte black (does not have a shine.

simple design..

We looked for a trash can to go into a spot. Hubby found this one and ordered it without my approval. Its a simple design and surprising I like it because it blends in with the cabinets.

Does what it's supposed to do!

This garbage can stands a little below sink height and is the perfect size for a normal kitchen. The swing opening keeps smells in the garbage (and not out) and luckily no fruit flies have gathered there due to the swing opening. The only downside is when the trash gets slightly full, it's hard to use the swing opening. The black finish looks nice.

There are times, Like now for instance, when you want to do the right thing and write a review on an item you bought so others can benefit (perhaps) from it. But, some items just feel a bit weird writing about them. Maybe I should get really excited about my new Umar Grand 10 Gallon Swing Top Trash Can, but folks, it IS just a trash can. I guess I am getting older and things that might have been important to me years ago are not any longer. Here is what I will say. This is exactly what I wanted for the extra room I use now and then in the winter when it is too icy to risk life and limb(s) climbing 3 flights of really horrible outside stairs with my (adopted, retired) greyhound. (Had to sneak that in there - great dogs to adopt!) It was harder than I thought to find something that wasn't KITCHEN size. I didn't want anything that big. This is a perfect size for pee pads, which I roll up as small as possible and put into the recyclable bags, and then into another larger liner recyclable bag. The best thing about this 10 gallon trash can is the cover, as it swings leaving one hand free to toss the bags in and of course the size. If you have to carry your trash down 3 icy flights of stairs and then out to the curb, you don't want something that weighs 50 lbs. It is easy to get to that weight using a larger trash can. ("Liquid is HEAVY") Also, no matter who many times you wrap the used paper or pads, you still can get an odor if you use a large container. So, hmm...I guess I am excited to have this 10 gallon (Plastic- another plus, easy to wash out) trash can. It's styled simply, fits anywhere easily and doesn't tip over. I like it - more than I thought! ANYTHING that makes life easier is a good thing.

This highly durable, inexpensive can is perfect for your bathroom, kitchen, garage, patio or wherever you need it. It is lightweight, yet durable. I have placed it in the kids bathroom (two teens and a pre-teen). The teens clean their bathroom once a week and the small wastebasket was always filled to the brim which was an ugly sight so I really like the fact that it is big enough to hold a weeks worth of trash. The round swinging dome door works well and hides the trash from eyesight which is important to the young teen girls in the house. This can is easy to clean and a 13 gal trash bag is a good fit. I would definitely recommend this can for its functionality, durability, size and cost.

Love my trash can!

I really love this trash can. It’s a great size and good price. The trash cans with sensors just seem a bit lazy and they tend to malfunction, so this is probably your best bet.

Great little can

If you’re looking for a fantastic trash can you need to consider this model. It’s both strong and durable plus it has a swinging lid to keep out pests like children and bugs. I’d buy it again if I needed another but I must recommend it with the highest review possible.

Goldilocks would choose this trash can

This is not a big, full-sized kitchen garbage, but it's much bigger than a regular bathroom trash. Not too big, not too small, just right. It is medium-large, as far as garbage cans go. We have it in our bathroom as we have a lot of trash from our pets, and it works great. We don't have to constantly change the bag.
