I've had this headset for almost a year now, and at first I thought that it was a good one just to start with because of its cheaper price range. I got it so I wouldn't have wasted much money if I didn't end up liking my new job that required its use. I teach online classes and this headset is great! Totally compatible with Adobe Classroom, which I use with Google Chrome. I've never had any tech issues on my end with it, that's for sure. The sound cancellation isn't the best, but the headphones are cushiony enough that I have no problem wearing them for loooong stretches of time on my busy teaching days (yes, sometimes for about 8 hours total in a day). They don't make the arms of my glasses dig into the sensitive skin behind my ears, which was one of my biggest concerns initially. The cord is nice and long, so if I have to go get a new pen or something, I can discretely do it without taking my computer down accidentally. The mute button is my lifesaver! Students just think I have a really quiet house because they can't see it's muted through the classroom controls. The button is the only thing that has worn down over the past year, but it's still fully functional. I just have to make sure I feel a little click when I push it and check to make sure the little indicator light is blinking so I know it really is muted before I go ahead and bite into a crunchy snack or take a loud slurp of coffee =P.

This is my second Logitech headset of the exact same model; the first one lasted 7, maybe 8 years of continuous use, and was still going strong but the ear muffs disintegrated from use and oxidation. I tried to replace it with a Sennheiser but that headset didn't perform near as well as this one; mainly I was disappointed in how the headset just hung limp on my head; I could not adjust it for a tight fit over my ears. The Logitech headband is specifically designed so the ear muffs are turned slightly inward and up to fit nicely snug but not too tight on your ears. This Logitech has excellent sound quality, but I'm not certain about noise cancellation (I don't need it in my environment). And I believe the Logitech lacks acoustic shock protection but I don't use it to make VOIP calls. For listening to online videos, I seriously doubt anything can beat the performance of the Logitech for the price, and I love the superb fit. The hand control for volume is nice and easy to use also. Seriously, I'm nearly 50% deaf, and this Logitech puts out plenty of volume for me on the vast majority of the videos.

I work from a home office and spend half my life in distance meetings. I've tried speaker phones, really expensive bluetooth devices, in-ear headsets, and expensive Bose headsets. Most of these have been trashed or (if really expensive) stored in a box in the closet. But of all of them, this is the only headset I would purchase again - actually I did purchase it again! The sound quality is very good, the over ear design is comfortable and blocks a lot of side noise, the microphone is adjustable and can be raised when you're on mute, or brought down directly in front of your mouth to speak. They are wired and hookup to any USB port on your laptop. These are quite inexpensive and worth every penny. After 2 years of daily use and travel with the cord tightly wrapped, my first set started losing connectivity with the USB port and listeners couldn't hear my voice. I tossed it and bought another headset exactly like it. Of the 27 models I've tried, this one has the best listening and voice quality and is also cheap. It's comfy and takes a lot of abuse in my laptop bag. Highly recommended.

I am an ESL teacher and this headset has been suggested to me by teachers who are also using the same. This doesn’t look really fancy. Nothing spectacular when you wear it but that’s what I want. A plain black one! I like that it doesn’t hurt my ears and head with long hours of wearing it. It is padded and adjustable to the size of your head in each both sides. Sound is clear. This also has a good quality material. The only downside is if you are using a Macbook pro with usb-c plugs like me, you need a dongle since it is a usb and not a usb-c. (Check photos) Overall, even that the dongle cost me extra, I didn’t had any problem using this device in all my teachings. I can say that I will be sticking with this since it is worth the money. It is useful, reliable and not too expensive.

Logitech headsets have never failed me. The sound quality is superb. I've often been told I come through very clear. And that's about it I suppose. I use it for everything, including listening to music and videos online, since my computer doesn't have any speakers. So far no problems and it's still going strong. I've only purchased this headset to use for gaming or chatting online through skype and other apps. Highly reccomended. My only gripe is that this headset came in a padded envelope and was in a light plastic cover. It could have been crushed on delivery. So I'd say put it in a box or something? I've purchased these out of stores before and they were in better packaging than that.

This is my second headset bought in about 4 - 6 years or so, that's how crazy sturdy and durable they are even after having accidentally dropped them on the floor multiple times. Will be ordering again when the time comes. With that being said HD surround sound would be nice but truth is, as a gamer, it kind of feels like it has surround sound built-in already?... I mean, I can pinpoint the zombies' location when they spawn in just fine soo... I'm just mentioning it because I don't think it advertises it on it's home page but it definitely sounds as it has 360 surround sound. You can crank it to super loud too so the fact that it fully doesn't cover your ear won't be an issue since you can drown out any outside noise with it's high volume. Your brother can be yelling at you close by and you won't even hear him. Happened to me before. The mic is crystal clear too and again, easy to move to your desired position and feels sturdy. I am very happy with all my Logitech brand purchases and only buy Logitech brand stuff for my pc and as a pc gamer. Always ridiculously low priced and quality, well built products.

I bought this in November 2016 (last black friday) and it has worked really really well, I have used it everyday since then as I work in a call center from my home and sound quality is good, simple buttons and is just plug and play. Pros - Excellent price if you need a headset for work or productivity (I wouldn't recommend it for gaming) - Quality feels really nice and sturdy like it were to last - It looks good I mean looks are subjective but they look ok Cons - Make sure they fit your head properly if not they might crush your ears and will have to take them off from time to time - Padding could be softer but hey is $20 dollars you cant get better than that

I've had issues with various headsets. Poor sound... long lag times... you name it. A trusted associate recommended this Logitech offering as an inexpensive alternative. She was right. I tested the H390 n a long Skye call this afternoon, and it worked almost flawlessly. I had no problem hearing my friend... and she said the reception was "crystal clear." The headset is easily adjustable, and the mouthpiece features a 180-degree swing. The earpieces feel a little off at first, but I found I adjusted to them quickly... especially since they're so comfy. The sound is great - with no distortion. On he other end of my call , my friend described their reception as "crystal clear." Neither of us experienced any delay, which made conversations easier. I wore the headset for over an hour, but found the padding on the ears and top piece soft enough to avoid any discomfort. I pretty much forgot I was wearing a headset. At this price, the H390 should be a top choice among headsets. There's no downside... and the sound is "crystal clear." I see the H390 as an investment well made.

I use this head set five or six days a week for work and it performs perfectly. It is comfortable. like the mute mutton, it is easier to click it off and on than to mute a call through the phone program I am using. The sound is perfect, callers can not hear background noises, and the sound quality for listening to music is very good. The only downside, which is no fault of the headset, is if you have a computer with limited usb ports, you may either have to dedicate a port to the headset, or use a usb hub which is powered. I found that plugging it in with the usb I had originally frequently did not work, that is because of the power needs of the headset. So I just plugged it directly into the computer and used the usb hub for the other peripherals. Also, I recently purchased a usb hub which has the capability of being plugged into an outlet. This will power the headphones and my other peripherals even when it's not plugged in to the wall, it's just a better unit. I would highly recommend this headset, for the price it is an exceptional value.

I got these headphones for my mother because she has ESL courses that she takes online that require these headphones. My mom is tiny (5") so I was curious if these were going to fit her little head and they did (they even fit my dad and he's a big guy 6'2") and they did not bother her ears (she has sensitive skin). The fabric wasn't rough and the microphones was at a comfortable distance from the mouth for someone to still drink water from a water bottle. The installation was straightforward and not time consuming at all. My mom was happy with them so I'm giving them a 5 star.
