Overall a very simple install, I painted mine before installation based on the other reviews of them having surface rust. Overall had them on for a week and they are great improved my loose steering from my worn factory ends. The ability to grease these should mean a longer life if cared for but anther thing to take care of regularly so if you dont mind greasing it every oil change worth it as they will last longer, however if you want something to bolt on and just forget about it I recommend finding a sealed on like from the factory. Fit 2005 4Runner perfectly. should fit 2003-2009 4Runner no problem.

New design...... wish I would have bought them in pairs!!

I purchased this same part a few months ago for one of the sides that had a cheap TRE (detriotaxle) and it didn't have a grease fitting and the rubber boot design was different. However I just bought a new one for the other side that finally gave out and it comes with a grease fitting and a new boot design which looks like it is more durable. Will be interesting to see how long this new design lasts compared to the other one.

Great Tie rod ends

These tie rod ends were really good quality looked stronger than the stock ones on my FJ cruiser and they are greasable so sure to last with proper attention

Never had a problem with moog products. Only issue is the metal not protected so flash rust starts right away.
