I make eggs benedict every other weekend and can tell you this sauce is waaayy better than McKormicks. Mix in powder before you heat, prevents clotting. And squeeze fresh lemon in just after it thinkens. Best Hollandaise on the market in my opinion. McKormicks tastes musty.
