Sharp!
This knife is very sharp. They also make an excellent vegetable peeler which is how I became acquainted with the brand. My father gave me his that he wasn't using and I mentioned it to my sister. She said I think I have a gift set of the peeler and paring knife if you want it for your second home. Of course, I was grateful for the set but left me needing the paring knife for my summer place once my husband kept commenting how what a good knife it was. Yes, he is the cook.

LOVE THEM
I have used rada knives since I can remember as a little girl cooking with my grammy. They are very good pairing knives that sharpen up really well. I wont use any other pairing knife for peeling veggies and fruits. I also use the same knife to cut up any cooked meat and no longer use steak knives. The silver handle knives are great but they cant soak in water or use in dishwasher because they are made of aluminum but the black handles are make of a hard plastic that can be. The silver handles have a better weight feel but the black are great for easy of use for cleaning. Either knife is great by and I have many! From the larger to the smaller knives. I personally sharpen then when I get them and 1x a year and they are going strong. I still have silver one from my grammy that has to be close to 20 yrs old.

A family favorite.
This is a nice little knife. My mother has used Rada knives for decades and won't use anything else. After a recent holiday season with lots of visiting family members she lost her little paring knife. My mother is 85 and blind and needs to know her world and everything therein. I couldn't hand her another knife and expect her to know how it feels and works. So of course I just ordered her another Rada. Certainly there are better knives on the market but at this price point I wouldn't expect to find anything better. These knives sharpen easily and just keep on working well. All of my family members have been gifted Rada knives and we all use them. We may have other higher quality and more expensive knives but we always seem to keep our Rada knives handy and in use daily.

Incredibly good knives
These knives have been part of my families kitchen from as far back as I can remember. The family farm in the early 60's is my earliest recollection, and there has been one in my kitchen ever since. Easy to sharpen to a razor edge (I prefer the old fashioned wet stone method, but a good knife sharpener will bring similar results) they hold their edge and last for years when treated properly. One thing that I have always done is cleaned and dried each knife immediately after use. They are so sharp that I won't wash them with the rest of the dishes, and it helps keep them looking brand new. I'm also very happy that Rada has expanded their product line. The tomato knife in particular is awesome. Hard to find a knife that will cut a slice to personal preference like this one does. Just wanted to give these knives the support they deserve.

Sharp, long-lasting, quality! Amazing!
I could not believe how inexpensive these knives are. I grew up all my life using these paring knives and as I am getting ready to get out on my own I was looking into getting some quality knives, and boy was I shocked when I found these and saw the low price tag on them. These litlle knives are great! Super sharp, high-quality, and they hold an edge well! I have the aluminum handle because I like the look and feel of it better than plastic handles. My only very minor complaint is that the handle does corrode mildly over time. Obviously the aluminum can not go in the dishwasher, so it must be hand-washed, which is no problem. Just do not let them sit in standing water too long or the handle gets darker grey colored and has a slightly chalky feel to it. If you do happen to have this problem, a scotch bright pad and a little effort can have it looking like new in no time! I'm sticking with Rada knives for sure, these are the absolute best knives you can get for the price! Don't even think about spending more money on other brands, because all it takes is one time using these and you will be sold too!

Great Knives
I love my rada knives. I've tried a few other brands that are more expensive, but these are the ones I keep going back to. They are easy to keep sharp, feel great in your hand, and they have just the right sizes. The only thing I don't like is that you can't stick them in the dishwasher. But for good knives, I'll hand-wash.

Fantastic Paring Knife
This knife is incredible. It fits so well in my hand and cuts amazingly. I didn't realize this knife was going to be so good. I just wanted an extra small knife for paring as my Henckles paring knite's blade is too long. So inexpensive and so fantastic!

Excellent quality. My favorite knife.
I had one of these for 5 years and it never dulled. Lost it and ordered another. It is my all-time favorite knife and I use it almost daily, sometimes several times per day. It is comparable in quality to my Cutco knives, but much less expensive. I'm planning to give them to my clients for Christmas this year.

Best knives I've ever purchased
Love these knives - I bought a different style from Rada several years ago and they're still sharp. The blades and handles don't rust and as long as you take care of them, they'll last for years!
