Good extra firm tofu; do not come frozen!

nice and firm. put it in my tofu press and squeezed out all the water so i could make vegan "ricotta" and then lasagna. no one knew they were eating vegan. pretty crafty, huh? it's a nice size, great packaging, and decent value. tofu absorbs whatever flavours encompass it, so it works well in any dish.

This tofu is great! It's organic, which I love, and it tastes really fresh. The extra firm tofu is great for frying up. I've used it to make pad thai and other stir fries. My daughter likes to eat it raw and cold, with nothing on it. She gives it a thumbs up!

We cut tofu into small cubes, Mix those with black pepper, tumeric, half tsp salt, yogurt (or a paste of silken tofu and nutritional yeast), and then air fry them for 8 minutes at 390 Deg F on one side, then flip those for 8 minutes at 390 Deg F to make them even firmer. Then we use in any recipe that requires either meat or paneer (Indian cottage cheese).

Many 'extra firm' brands aren't all that firm, but this one is, and tastes good too. Great price for organic.

This tofu has great ingredients and it's multi purpose. It's not the kind of tofu that has taste (for salads or more flavor I prefer smoked tofu), so you really need to pair it with a sauce or very flavorful dishes. I also think it's quite usable as dairy or egg replacement in recipes, just like the softer ones. It's firm enough I can cut in into cubes or slices, but it also mashes to a soft consistency.

First tofu I've bought and cooked. I cut it into small pieces, about 1/2" square by 1/4" thin. Put it in a bag with some cornstarch and shook it. Fried it on the stove for about 7 minutes with a bit of oil. Had a fantastic crispy texture. It was a great addition to my panang curry and rice.
