Thank you
So far so good, I've only had it for just shy of a month. I have about a mile of road to salt and it does it quite nicely. I do think however I will build a deflector off of my ATV as it does spread a little wider than I would like

Very good product. Have it on the back of my Artic Cat and it works great. Seeded my yard, fertilized my yard and seeded a buddies 10 acre dove food plot. Works great.

Works slick!
Took longer to load the hopper than it took to spread it (spreading rock salt for dust control with ATV). Hopper handily holds two 40 lb bags of rock salt. Depending on humidity, you MAY get some clumping of material which will block the feed opening - or stop the motor. Just shake it up a bit and keep going. I took the advice of others and hung a sheet of cardboard behind the ATV to keep material from splattering back on ATV. Not sure it was needed, but some cardboard and a couple of spring clamps was a 1 minute precaution. Assembly didn't take long, and the u-bolts provided were able to be used for a secure mount (needed a long socket due to excess length of u-bolts). Only complaint is that the lock washers are sooooo tiny - lost several of them during assembly/disassembly (still missing one). Well worth the money (for me) - no more struggling to push a fertilizer spreader through loose material.

Well made and easy to install
Well made and easy to install. Works excellent for broadcasting ice melt. Be sure to get a cigarette lighter/accessory plug going to the battery if you don't have one. Installed on a 2014 honda rancher.

Quick delivery!
Instillation would have been simple but I elected to mount it to the front of my zero degree turn snapper so I had to build a mount. It works great & I can see where the seed or fertilizer is applied. I will say that a modification to the hopper bottom is next. A angled plate inserted on the bottom left wound direct the fertilizer to the outlet holes on the bottom right. Not a big problem until you decide to run the hopper out & about a pound of product will not flow out unless you stop & move it by hand.

Very Nice Little Spreader
Totally happy. I did replace the flimsy 'U' connector brackets that came with it and used heavier duty brackets that any hardware stocks and I cut a piece of OSB board (about 20" x 30") to mount behind the spreader so the seed and fertilizer didn't make any contact with my four wheeler. This worked as advertised without any problems. Well worth the purchase!

This product was shipped quickly and got here just in time. Currently I am reviewing this a salt spreader, and will let you know in spring how it works for fertilizer and seed. I bought this after my tailgate salter on my truck had the motor go out on it again and I knew I couldn't get it fixed fast enough with 3 days of storms that were coming only 2 days away. Amazon delivered in 2 days as was promised and in good condition. Assembly of this was simple enough and only required a few sockets and a screw driver. After seeing some of the reviews about assembling it I was a bit worried, so I timed my assembly. Even with my kids watching and asking questions I was able to assemble the whole thing in 23 minutes. Quick tip, don't tighten all the nuts until the whole frame is connected and loosely held together, that will give you the little wiggle you need to get some of the things to line up properly. Just make sure you go back and final tighten everything. Once i had the unit together i went to mount it on my prairie 650, it was easy enough but required removing the plastic rack cover. With that out of the way it only took a few minutes to find good locations for the U bolts and to tighten everything up. Again don't tighten til all 4 are on and you like the position. The whole process took me under 40 minutes. Powering up the unit for me was easy because i have a 7 point trailer plug wired up at the rear of my prairie. This is a simple solution for this and many other items to get 12v power source and pulling small trailers with lights when needed. Some of the people have said it throws salt or seed all over the back of their quad, I'm guessing they cut the lighter adapter off the power lead and connected directly to power. I would also guess the connected the power backwards forgetting that it will still spin with the + an - flipped, just backwards and will spray all over your quad. This is a great little unit, it is able to hold 2 50lb bags of rock salt at a time and spreads with a good cover at about 15' wide. Didn't jam up with rock salt, or chloride. Needs the occasional shake to keep it feeding constant but not a big deal. I didn't have any issues with it spraying salt all over the back of my quad but it could easily have a mud guard mounted between it and mine if I felt it necessary. I have 2 100+ car parking lots that i plow and salt and this got the job done. It has actually replaced my tailgate salter for this season and I will buy a new one of those in the off season, or I might just keep using this depending of how the rest of this season goes.

No more walking with a crank spreader
Made seeding our lawn a breeze. We've also used it to add clover to the pastures. Does a great job with fertilizers too. Lawn care just became much easier.

Spread 10 acres of corn in the first use.
This was relatively easy to assemble and also mounted fine on the front rack of my Honda Foreman Rubicon. Very pleased with it. You will want to hang a piece of carpet between it and your ATV to keep from throughing seed or fertilizer into your machine.
