Depending on what you are buying this for, be aware there are sharp little wires or something all over this pipe cleaner. If you bought it to scrub out tiny, hard to reach things, you will love these. But if you’re cleaning something like plastic and you don’t want it scored, this will not be a good choice. Otherwise this really scrubs like no other pipe cleaner I’ve ever used. Can be a little sharp on your fingers.

Be sure to pay attention to the description. These are "hard bristled" pipe cleaners. They're what I was looking for, but some purchasers may not pay attention to this, thinking they are typical soft type pipe cleaners. These are also only 6 inches long. Most pipe cleaners you buy at some stores are the 10-12 inch long type, and are often used for crafting projects. These are genuine pipe cleaners not arts and crafts pipe cleaners.

As advertised, and delivered quickly. These are the real deal with hard scrubbing bristles interspersed in the absorbent stem. These are not generic chenille stems for arts & crafts; these are made to clean your pipe.

Works awesome with Pax vaporizers. Fits perfectly and it does not hurt your hands when you grip them like some others do when you try to clean. Of course, it's not a toy so do not make arts & crafts but it's great for professional use. I do recommend.

These hard bristle pipe cleaners work wonders on plastic cup straws that my 90 year-old mother uses daily. Before, I had a lot of trouble getting them clean and would just go out and buy a new cup set! Now, with these hard bristle pipe cleaners, the straws are easy to clean in a flash. Only drawback is I have to put tape around the one end of the pipe cleaner since it's bristles hurt my fingers. Would be nice if they had a plastic coating at one end to eliminate that problem.

These are perfect for cleaning the Pax variety of vaporizers. The slightly pokey material is perfect for scrubbing away sticky resin. And because so many come in a pack, and reasonably priced, I am cleaning the units more frequently which results in a nicer tasting vaporizer. Highly recommend for cleaning, not crafting.

I used these to dry the interior of the copper straws that came with my Set of 2 Premium Moscow Mule Copper Mugs. Optimis Series A Hammered Barrel Mugs are Great for ANY Cold Drink & include Copper Straws, Storage Bags, and an eBook with Recipes, Care Instructions, & More and they work very well. After I rinse them out I use these to dry the interior and I don't see any oxidation forming.

There was a time you could get these anytime and anyplace. Now Amazon and other mail order businesses are a good source. I use these for cleaning passages in car parts. They have the scrubbing bristles that remove tough deposits and they are tough enough to resist cleaning solvents. They are MUCH better than the "chenille straws" sold at craft and hobby stores.

Super-great quality. This is the first time I've found pipe cleaners with actual metal bristles mixed in, and they make all the difference. They clean with one or two passes instead of four times that many. Highly recommended! Great for getting down in those tight and hard-to-clean spaces. Fair warning: Takes a little bit of handling to get used to them and not jab yourself. >:o)

These pipe cleaners are exactly as advertised. An excellent product; however, when they say "Hard Bristle" they mean harrrrd bristle. It's almost like handling a vine with thorns. I never knew they made pipe cleaners like this. I'm very pleased with them, but I'm also going to order pipe cleaners with softer bristles. I use them for an occasional cleaning of aquarium tubing and oxygen tubing (cannula), and also for cleaning in the crevices around the keys on my keyboards when compressed air won't dislodge the dirt.
