Great value
These flapper disks are very good and a great bargain for the price. As other reviewers have stated, they do have a shorter lifespan than more expensive discs. You will have to change them more frequently, but they are cheaper. So it is all relative, because changing them takes literally no time. I would buy again.

Wear just a little faster than the ones that cost 10x, as expected
I'm fine with these flaps. They're a step up from Freight-by-the-Bay and a step down from the Yellow Brand. Thinner abrasive layer, yes. Don't last as long as the ones that cost 10x, naturally. I use them to smooth and bevel edges of mild steel including weld slag removal. They wear out pretty fast if you try and remove mill scale. But even the expensive discs wear out fast doing that. I'll buy more.

Good performance compared to flap disks from home depot
I’m a beginning welder doing bodywork, so lots of grinding. I was pretty upset at the short life of $10 flap disks from Home Depot. Got these based on reviews. Well! These last much longer taking down welds, fast and smooth. They generally survive about 30 minutes of intermittent grinding (intermittent to avoid putting heat into metal.) With this price I feel they’re a great value. I’ll buy more once I’ve gone through the 2x10 packs I ordered.

Good Product.
I use these for metal art projects and they work well, they don't last long but more expensive ones don't last much longer & for the price, they're worth it.

Awesome for the price
Best price I have found on flappers, probably not as good as the top brands but they are less than 2 bucks a piece. Got a good stock pile of these and they seem to be going strong. Would easily order again ,and will once I'm getting close to running out.

Plow through the wood.
Love these!! Used the first ones yesterday to shape the end of a seasoned Oak slab. Just excellent.....and 1/4 the price that I've found anywhere.

A real "no brainer" in my opinion
For the price, these disks are a really good value for home use. I used them to strip paint and rust from some really weathered patio chairs. I went through four disks, one per chair (approx. one hour grind time per chair). I'm certain I would have used at least two top-quality disks if I had opted for those, most probably three. Change out time was what? An extra sixty seconds? Seem like a no brainer with the savings. They are well balanced and they will tear flesh just as easily as the more expensive brands if one is not careful enough. Trust me on that.

Perfect to remove fused glass from kiln shelves!
These discs were perfect to remove the kiln wash & glass from the shelves. You have to use a delicate touch or this could put a pretty good dent in the shelf is not used properly, but these grinder discs worked perfectly for the job!

Great flapper disc
These do a great job and you can't beat the price, I've always bought the more expensive thicker flap disc because they looked like they would last longer but I'm always frustrated with there tendency to round out at the edge far before the rest of pad wears, these are thinner as reflected in the price and they also round out at the edge but will still leave a flatter pad to work with, two of these Flapper disc will last longer and do a better job than one of the thicker disc and still be less expensive.......I highly recommend these sanding flap disc and will continue to use them.
