OK, so we’re talking about menstrual products here, so this review is going to cover sensitive topics. That said, I LOVE these! So convenient, easy, and inexpensive (I wear one cup for each period, and toss it when my period is over). One box lasts me all year. I don’t even know why women even buy tampons anymore. I feel cleaner and much more comfortable in a cup vs tampons. There is never any funky odor “down there” like sometimes occurs with other products. I never find myself mid-period without the proper menstrual products, because I only have to remove my cup, rinse it out, and reinsert it. One plus is that you can wear this cup during intercourse and your partner will likely not even know you have it in. It stays in place, does not affect sensation, and allows for mess-free relations. You can’t do that with other cups or any other menstrual product. I will NEVER go back to using any other kind of period protection. Never. Try them, you’ll probably love them as much as I do.

These are AMAZING. I will never use pads or tampons again. I purchased these on day 2 of my period and recieved them the next afternoon. I immediately swapped out my tampon for a Softcup. My cramps went away within 10mins. I was able to wear each disk for 12-13hrs at a time with zero shifting, leaking or discomfort. Insertion and removal was every bit as easy (if not easier) than tampons. And ZERO mess. The first day or so i kept getting anxious, thinking i was leaking. Bcuz tampons had me so used to feeling desert dry down there during my period. The softcup doesnt inhibit the vaginas natural discharge and lubrication cycles. And there is none of the typical period odors. I am so so happy i took a chance on these and ill never go back! Im not dreading my period anymore! And the cost is no more than i was spending on tampons. I used to got thru 6 tampons a day/2 at night, 5-6 days, means i was going thru 2 small boxes or one big box of tampons per cycle. Which was $15+ per period. These are $11 (same price at target) and even on a full cycle i will still have a few left over each period to have for my next. Ive yet to find a downside to this product!!! I havent attempted sex with them yet, but they sit just like a diaphragm would so i dont see it being a problem either.

I bought these for 2 purposes, sex during periods and fertility issues. I haven't had a chance to use them for the first reason, because I'd only had 1 period after I got them and then got pregnant!!! I have PCOS, Endo, a closed right fallopian tube. We were saving up the $20K+ to do either IVF or adoption in the next few months since the doctors suggested not waiting any longer due to my age (37) and that we'd been trying for 7+ years to get pregnant. Two months of these, that's all it took, two months and I'm now pregnant! I had bought a pack of 100 pregnancy tests years ago when we first started trying, and I would wait until I was a few days late to test (with PCOS this happens, but not that often). Never one a positive. Two months after these soft cups and with only 3 pregnancy tests left in that pack and everyone is positive (I also bought new ones to confirm since these were expired at this point). I can not even express how amazing this news is, I had honestly given up entirely. Thank you Softcup!!!!!!

Amazing Product! Hands down my favorite and easier to use than the 're-useable' cups. But do know, if you've never used a menstrual cup it's extremely messy and difficult to change if you're in a public restroom. Always keep wipes and panty liners

Will never use a tampon again. 100% hands down cleaner that wearing a tampon, does not leak & lasts 12 hours! With that said, I def recommend buying some gloves like they use at the doctor bc it will help with clean up immensely!

How did it take so long to try these; I went most of my adult life never realizing how much better this was. For me, getting a tampon to stay in place was like a magic trick. Always a pad and a tampon. Always. I do not need to double up with these. They fit securely every time. However, on high flow days, I argue "12 hours of protection." More like a few hours. If I'm out and about, I use a latex glove to pull it out, gathering the dirty cup into the glove and pull it off inside out so it captures everything neat and tidy. Otherwise, it's a messy removal on a high flow day. At home, of course, you manage the mess. I've even been known to rinse well and reuse in a pinch. I understand this company makes a version that can be used during an entire cycle in just this way.

These work so well and you can't even feel them. The hardest part is learning how to put them in, once you have that mastered, it they're the greatest. I was trying to put them in so they were horizontal to the floor, which is the WRONG way to do it. I was picturing the vagina as a straight tube, but it's not it's curved in a 'C' shape. The correct way to put them in is to pinch in the middle so they're a figure 8 shape and insert into the vagina with the top of the '8' going in first so it's vertical not horizontal, once it's in the vagina use one finger to push it up until you feel a bump- that's the pubic bone once the whole plastic ring is pushed up above that, it's in place. You shouldn't feel it at all. If you can feel it, it's in wrong, but you can pull it out and try again. If at first you don't succeed, keep trying, it took me two months to figure it out, but once I did I discovered the easiest most comfortable way deal with your period.

What I like about the softcup the most is that it doesn't dry me out. I never noticed how much moisture tampons were pulling along with the blood. I used to always feel dehydrated and have to drink a ton of water but not anymore. At first, I had a hell of a time putting it in and had to watch a few instructional videos before I caught on to how it's supposed to be inserted. I took one look at the cup and thought it was so huge I'd never he able to get it in! I never had a diaphragm but I assume this is similar to that. If you're new to using these, don't give up, it gets easier. After using softcups for a while they were discontinued (later brought back to market) I was so suprised when I used a tampon again because I could feel it inside swelling with use. Very awkward walking around feeling like you have something stuck up there! The soft cup does take some getting used to though, and yes, its messy. The mess is so worth it though because you can leave these in for 12 hours and it is so much less hassle than worrying about your tampon leaking. On my heavy crampy days, I do find that I have to take out the cup and rinse it more often, maybe every 6 hours or so. But that's unique to my flow. Also a tip, if you're in a public restroom you can't really change your cup without getting your hand red, so instead I bear down and push so the softcup loosens up and releases some blood, then I tighten my muscles to readjust it. I realize this sounds insane but it works for me. Just give them a try. They feel a bit weird to use at first but I think they are way better than tampons and pads. Also, dont be afraid of the mess. It's natural, you're a woman and that's a beautiful thing,

We used these for trying to conceive after several months of trying with no luck. We got pregnant on the first round using the soft cups, we did not combine with pre seed just inserted the soft cup after intercourse. I feel they were largely responsible as this was the only thing that we changed this cycle. I highly recommend for couples who are trying to get pregnant.

absolutely love this product. look it up never knew about it before and its Genius. yes u can have sex with it wont feel a thing, insert upwards towards cervix not towards your anus it takes a few tries to get it right but 100% worth it.
