Nice crispy pizza!

Bought this to facilitate crisping up our home made pizza's. The size is just right and the pan is nice and rigid. The non-stick coating makes cleanup a breeze and the hole spacing and size seems to work extremely well for our style of crust. We had family over the other night and they were comparing our pizza to their favorite restaurant/brew pub bought. We just ordered a second pan in order to provide variety for guests.

Love it!

I love my pizza crisper. Nothing ever sticks, the pizza is crispy, easy to clean. I got this because I have food allergies and several brands of allergen safe pizza give the pizza instructions to put the pizza directly on the rack. Anyone who has food allergies to any degree knows that the oven rack is a huge risk for cross contamination (other people have cooked pizza directly on the rack and it never gets washed!). I would try to cook my pizza on regular pans, but it never came out crispy. This solves that problem. Air passes through so the pizza gets crispy but it's not sitting on top of a contaminated pizza rack. Score!

Love this pan!

I have started making my own pizza and wanted something other than a cookie sheet pan, so I decided to order this crisper for myself and my mother. I'm so glad I did, It does exactly what it says, allows the crust to get crisp. My mother and I are both happy with the Pizza Crisper Pan!

Better than stone

My Oneida pizza stone snapped in two after less than six months of use, during which I seasoned it, treated it like a piece of porcelain, and struggled to keep it clean without using soap. In my search for something more durable and less work, I discovered the reviews for Fox Run were consistently good and the price was right, so I bought it. Add my enthusiastic review to the others! I don't make my own pizza, but for the frozen variety that I eat on occasion, it's a wonder. It cooks evenly all the way through to the center, which I never even achieved with the old pizza stone. Cleanup took about one minute. My stone (whose halves adorn my garden now) had a metal rack with handles, which is the perfect size for the Fox Run pan. If you require such a thing, I suggest searching for used racks at Goodwill that other disgruntled stone owners may have given away. UPDATE, 3/30/14: Ordered pizza last night from a local chain. A large pizza fits perfectly on the crisper. When reheating a few slices, be aware that at 425 degrees F, this pan distributes heat like gangbusters. Your leftovers will be hot within five minutes--and will taste far better than if you put them in the microwave! I'm afraid I'll be eating pizza a lot more often because of Fox Run...LOVE this pan!

Perfect pizzas every time

This pizza pan works great! I can adjust the baking time for the desired amount of crispiness. I typically put the pizzas in the oven for 11 mins at 500 degrees for the way I like it. I add/subtract a minute from the baking time for a crisper/softer crust. The pizzas come out without sticking to the pan every time and it’s really easy to clean. Needless to say, I’m happy with the purchase!

Durable and easy to clean

I was looking for an air fyer. However after reading the reviews I decided to buy this crisper pan for my microwave / convection oven, it works great and is heavier than I expected. I oiled it down with olive oil and I just need to wipe it off when I am done. It is great for fench fries or fish which is what I wanted.

Better than pizza stones

When I make my own from scratch, I bake the crust about half the time on the provided solid pan, then move it to the pan with the holes, top the pizza and finish baking. It makes a crisper crust than any of the pizza stones that I have used, and not having to heat the stone for a long time makes the pizza process faster and cheaper (less electricity used on the oven).

I bought this so I can get pizza good and crispy without having to use my pizza stone. When used properly the stone does a fabulous job with pizza crust, but that means heating it in a very hot oven for at least an hour. That's a lot of energy for a 10 minute pizza and, since the heat for our oven comes from our propane tank we have to refill periodically, it's something we're very conscious of. Using this crisper results in a nice well done crust without the energy waste. To get the most direct heat to the pizza use it on a low shelf.

Better than my pizza stone

I've had this a while and have made many pizzas on it. It's a fantastic pan. I could never get my pizza crust done completely on my pizza stone, no matter how hot I turned the oven or how long I left the stone in it. This pan allows enough heat to get up under the crust so it cooks thoroughly. I have to say it surprised me. I also use it to heat up leftovers, especially good for the leftover pizza. One flaw: I put in the dishwasher, and it comes clean, but there's always a little rust around the edges. Easily wiped away, though, so I won't knock it down a star.

It's a thousand-million times easier to clean than a pizza stone! =)

After many years of good pizza making, I finally broke my pizza stone...my fault, entirely...I set a hot pan from the oven on top of it, as the stone sat on my stove top (not hot). The cracking sound was unmistakable. Yikes! Well, I as I searched Amazon for a new pizza stone, I saw this "Fox Run 14-Inch Non-Stick Pizza Crisper" and read the reviews. I was intrigued enough to buy it, to see for myself how I would feel about it. WELL...Bye Bye Pizza Stone! HELLO, Fox Run 14-Inch Non-Stick Pizza Crisper!!! If you like a crisp pizza crust, as I do...this is the pan for you. I absolutely LOVE IT! Being that this is my first pan like this I can't say which Non-Stick Pizza Crisper, is better than another, but I can say that I am delighted with this one. :o)
