Good quality cheese spread!
Neufchatel spread is a mix between cream cheese and butter. For a cream cheese with 1/3 less fat, this really feels and tastes creamy, almost buttery. Ingredient wise, it's a clean product, good quality. There isn't too much flavor flavor in this cream cheese, but it's closer towards `homemade` butter/cream than other low fat cream cheeses. I store it in the original container (kept aluminium seal) for several days in the fridge, tasted fresh until the last bit. Some whey started to separate, which is natural for dairy, but it was minimal. I enjoyed it on fresh toasted bread, on rye crisps or rice cakes (as a snack), on veggies (celery, cucumber), in wraps. It works more like butter for spreads, than cream cheese.
