Great hot lunch.

Great hot lunch. There are some really really mediocre lean cuisines out there and this is NOT one of them! Very tasty and filling. Great flavor from the sauce and doesn't feel as depriving as a lot of the healthy lunch options. I keep this stocked in my freezer.

Surprisingly good 😊

I rarely buy frozen dinners. Tried this because the sodium count wasn't high. The sauce on the enchilada was surprisingly good. The rice was moist and flavorful. Will be buying it again.
