Works great for me!
I was hesitant because people were saying they bit through theirs within a week. I bought it anyways to make my own opinion. I only recently started grinding my teeth at night (and its more of clenching that grinding) and I have to say I really enjoy this mouth guard. First off, they offered a 6 month replacement guard if you bite through it. So that was a + for me. Also, its very low key and discreet not like a bulky sports guard. I was afraid I was going to have problems falling asleep with this weird object in my mouth but it doesn't affect me falling asleep at all! Also I would like to note since wearing this particular sleep guard I (and my partner who uses the same one) have had more random dreams about chewing bubble gum than we ever had before. ha!

The Best Product for Bruxism and Teeth Clenching, Regardless of Price
I've purchased several of these due to clenching at night. No small matter, it causes headaches and actually fractures my teeth. One broken tooth cost $5000 to repair and several trips to various dental professionals. By comparison, this dental guard is extremely cheap insurance. They last for months, the only reason I needed to replace the previous one so quickly was because I put it in the dishwasher. Don't put this in the dishwasher. I tried several options including the sports guards and a custom dental appliance costing $400 which actually made things worse. This is the very best option I have found, regardless of price.

Really works
My dentist told me I needed to go back to wearing my bite splint. It would mean doing an all new one and I don’t have dental insurance at the moment. I ordered this while still in the dentist’s parking lot mostly because I was worried about the stress fractures breaking all the way through while I waited for an appointment to cast a new personal one. It is much easier to wear than the one from the dentist so I actually use it. My parents saw it and ordered for themselves and love it too.

Great night guard for light to moderate grinders
I buy these for my sister and she loves this dental guard. She uses it at night and sometimes during the day. It is comfortable and easy to use. The only caveat I would make is that this guard is NOT for those people who severely grind at night or during the day. For severe grinding I recommend a night guard lab such as, J&S Dental Lab where you can obtain several varieties of dental guards (depending on your level of grinding) at a much cheaper price than your dentist (cost me $400 two years ago). Amazon has several sellers and they run about $130 without add-ons. Don't be put off by having to make your own mold, it's really easy and the worst that could happen is that you'd have to redo. This is the way I go because of the price factor and the quality remains the same as if my dentist did it. I know I digress but there are degrees of grinding and the right night guard can make a difference. I find that a lower guard is more comfortable for me. I started out with a top night guard and never did like it 100% so switched to a lower guard.

I have been using Sleepright nightguards for 8 years. My dentist said my fillings were coming out from grinding my teeth in my sleep. Instead of having an expensive guard made that i might leave in a hotel, accidentally throw away, or get eaten by my dogs, I tried this. My fillings stayed in and did not protrude anymore. I buy one every 3-6 months. They are fairly comfortable, especially the one that is the lowest profile. You dont boil to fit, but the design keeps them between your teeth. I highly recommend these.

Perfect night guard
Why spend $600 on a custom night guard when you can spend $30 or less? I figured, before I invest in a dentist's night guard, I may as well try every one on the market. I tried the kind that you boil and mold to your teeth – it started moving my teeth the first night! Forget that. This night guard does not need to be fitted to your teeth. I actually cut it in half, and only wear one side of it – it stays in my mouth because it has pretty high plastic pieces on the sides. I find it incredibly comfortable and 100% effective. I can see why it is the number one night guard on the market.

Been using them for 10 years, I love them.
I have an under-bite so I tend to grind my teeth at night. I started using these about 10 years ago and have suffered no new wear to my teeth. I buy one about every 6 months. They are light weight and barely noticeable. The bite pad is very strong, I have tried others where I could still bite down, due to an under-bite because the pads were soft. This holds my teeth about a quarter of an inch open so that no matter how hard I clamp down I would not be grinding teeth in my sleep. A great but, much cheaper and much more comfortable than what you get at the dentist.

I love it. Unfortunately my dog does too.
I grind my teeth at night. So much so that I had worn away the enamel on a back molar and it became so sensitive that I couldn't eat. I tried other bite guards including the boil-to-fit kind, but none of them were really comfortable or easy to maintain. This one has been the best by far. It keeps my cheeks from getting pinched, the adjustments are easy to make, and it's super easy to clean. The material is flexible and sturdy which feels good to bite down on. Apparently my dog thinks so too. She has already chewed up four of them, despite my efforts to keep them out of her reach and hidden away.Guard number 4 lasted a total of two days. So here I am, buying bite guard number 5.

I bought it again- It is JUST right
I have had TMJ for 15+ years and don’t like the mouth guards typically made or designed for TMJ. I have had one made for my mouth and it was too hard. The one’s you boil were too soft. The SleepRight was just right. #littleredriddighood I don’t take it out at night and want to use it every night. When I take it out in the morning my jaw feels relaxed and pain free. It is a must have

Even better
Following diagnosis of mild sleep apnea, I have used this product for years...may have purchased as many as 16 times because of the self-adjusting design. (My daughter's $2000+ custom appliance gave her TMJ agony, but I have never had a problem with SleepRight.) I find the smallest setting most comfortable and the Dura best for long wear. When my most recent purchase arrived from Amazon, I found it was made of a newer kind of clear material that turns out to be sturdier, comfy-er and more attractive even than the good stuff used in previous versions. I admire a manufacturer who keeps improving on a good thing, so I am a devoted fan.
