WOULD RECOMMEND to anyone who needs an accurate small digital scale... I use my scale 3x daily to measure my organic pain medication, the item was purchased 9 months ago and I check it every so often to make sure it’s reading correctly. Pictures are 50g and 100g calibration weights for my reloading scale, this little cheap scale is still reading dead on 50/100. For a low cost scale that runs off inexpensive and easily accAAA batteries it’s worth every penny and then some. This small scale was purchased to replace a much more expensive digital scale that failed me after only 6 months of use... I will absolutely purchase the same exact scale again when the time comes. A+++ product for durability, longevity, and quality for the price...!

Works for my needs excellent.

Makes for an accurate scale for ejuice measuring of grams from .1 to 100. You need to calibrate it for your location before use and change out the freebie batteries for recharge brand. A roll of new nickels weighs 100G so use that or buy a 100G weight. Th scale does not include calibration 100G weight. The scale will only calibrate using a needed 100g weight. I spread a small piece of saran wrap over it before use that will keep drips and spills from getting into scale buttons and weigh plate. A new penny weighs 2.5G for reference. Older pennies weigh less.

Great value device works like a charm!

Hi everyone, This product is exactly what I was looking for! It is a compact device ( about the size of a iPhone 7 plus with a otter box) and folds up nice and neat. It is very accurate and simple to use and easy to clean. I reccomend if you purchase this to take a US penny and place it on the device and make sure it comes up as 2.5 grams to make sure it is calibrated correctly. The only issue I had with this device is that I placed more than 1 gram of material at one time and it bugged the device, if this happens just take the material off and reboot the device. For the price you cannot beat it.

tough, idiot-proof scale

I used this scale every day for a year. Then I dropped it on the tile and the case shattered in a few places. A couple of springs came out. I have no idea how to build a scale, so I shoved all the springs back into the most likely-looking places, picked up as many plastic shards as I could find, and created a Frankenstein's monster-looking heap of plastic held together with Scotch Magic Tape. It didn't turn on, so I jiggled the pieces until it did. I used the broken scale while I ordered another scale and calibration weights. I tested my broken scale with some more-or-less correctly-labeled packages. When the new scale and the weights came, I compared the broken one's calibration. It was working perfectly without any calibration, giving the same readings as the new one. I figured I'd get a few more days use out of the broken scale before starting to use the new one. I'm still using it a year later. I test it once in a while just to make sure. The only problems it shows is that if I bump it or move it while it's turned on, it turns off, and it's a little slow to start up and to tare.

The best pocket scale ever! I mix culinary spices while cooking, and to know the weight of the spice is paramount, too much and that is all you can taste! Not enough and the entire dish is weak! The phrase, "to taste" is commonly used in cooking. I noticed that the "to taste" is the starting point of 1/8th of a teaspoon! Some spices and herbs are not easily measured this way, thus the scale allows me to precisely measure .625g for the proper amount needed.

LOVE IT; I am truly a gadget person and when i bought this item i was ecstatic because i have bought jewelry and want to ensure the actual weight was correct in grams. I am happy that i have this scale now to use prior to purchasing jewerly from stores or online. Because now i can asked what is the total weight and can verify and compare with other jewerly items i own. Example I saw a 14 kt gold figaro link chain and per the seller asking price was extremely high so I asked what was the weight. he stated over 12 grams to me that was very similar to what i owned so the price was correct. I loved the ideal that i purchased this item; it is not only accurate but it has the capacity to hold the weight of 100 g. Its small compact 4x6 and I can actually carry in my purse to a jeweler store to compare and negotiate purchases. its sleek and has a flip open protective cover and on/off switch and it runs on three triple AAA batteries. It also comes with a 10 year limited warranty. I took a pick next to my kindle tablet to see actual size. Its perfect. I will recommend this product

Measures down to 1 gram!

Lightweight, small, compact. Great for traveling. Accurate. To keep clean this scale is small enough to slip inside a plastic bag or wrap with plastic wrap. Batteries that came worth it held only enough of a charge to power the scale on nd verify that the scale worked, then the batteries died. I bought this scale to measure lawn chemicals that are highly toxic but used in micro small amounts. I had no trouble weighing out 1-3 grams on this digital scale. It functioned perfectly right out of the box. No calibration required. I am satisfied and recommend this digital scale for measuring powders under 5 grams.

COOL . BUT

Alright so i just bought this, I’m giving it 5 stars because I’m not gonna judge it without having it for long . BUT do know that it doesn’t come calibrated , so to calibrate it i have to go find something that weighs 500 grams exact , so I’m over here doing math to try to find things that add to 500 grams , just a heads up , once that happens should be good though

A surprisingly very practical design (compact size, extra batteries compartment, embedded instructions, cover, etc.)

Oddly enough, I use to this measure weights of my food when I'm not at home. The max limit of 21 oz is enough most of the time and the accuracy is enough to get what I need when I'm counting my servings. The device is small enough to fit in my pocket, though I keep it in my day pack everywhere I go. Haven't needed to re-calibrate it yet, but when that time comes, the instructions are clearly embedded on the lid, which is pretty convenient. Another surprising feature this thing has is that it'll hold 2 extra AAA batteries on top of the already needed 2 AAA batteries to operate the device. More of our electronics and other devices need simple things like this built into the design.

.01 is the best feature of this small easy to use scale. it can be re-calibrated with 100 g weight. dont need the set, as i recall it wasnt a lot of money. .when the batteries are getting low the weight display flashes. the price is awesome too. do not let this unit get cold. it ruins the load cell. now I have two of them. one in a box just in case.
