Great, Mild Flavor

This seasoning is hard to find in the stores in my area, so I ordered a whole box. Love the flavor. I don't think it is spicy enough, so I have to put the hot sauce out when I serve wings. But, that is OK because not everyone likes the heat.

For some ungodly reason, McCormick stopped stocking these in my area. Doesn't matter which supermarket I look in or how big the McCormick section is, even if they have a full aisle to themselves, they won't have the buffalo seasoning. I have no idea what their reasoning was, but I've been reliant on buying these McCormick packages online ever since. This is by far the best flavor McCormick makes and there's nothing else like it. Thanks again for selling them! Without it I'd be putting chipotle maple or some other crap on my wings and eating them through my tears.

Does what I paid for it to do: Make Hot wings with a Hickory BBQ taste

NUFF SAID as far as using it for hot wings. But guess what else it can do?! Add this bad boy to your plain, weak assed Ranch dressing. SHAZAM!!!!!! BUFFALO RANCH. Add this elite seasoning mix to rice for a spicy zest! I myself used it alot with Lipton's sides, especially the Cheddar Broccoli. BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE: Mix it with any batter before you use the batter on a meat or what have you, and it's just badass. Or if you enjoy cutting your meat into thin slices before sauteing or stir-frying, mix this in as well, again, that hickory taste and smell along with that spice to make the recipe you printed off the net your own. As a guy on limited funds for a semester, this thing helped my repetitive, cheap diet turn out pretty good.

My secret for years!

This seasoning has been my secret for wings, for years. Its hard to find in the stores anymore, and with holidays, football parties, and just "lets do wings tonight", I use it a lot this time of year. Its easy and the taste is awesome, everyone asks me if I'm bringing the wings for get togethers! Hope no one ever finds out my secret LOL.

The easiest wing product ever!

This is a wonderful product and difficult to find in grocery store. Glad to find at Amazon. Easiest to use and in no time you have hot wings that are seasoned through without having to add anything extra.

It has just the right amount of hottest to it. Not enough to burn ur mouth. N if u shake coat them, Get a cooking bag n put them n it. seal it with a wire tie. Punch a small hole n the bag for venting. Cook. When u get them out, they will b tender n juicy.

A little bit of heaven for your mouth

Due to my inability to purchase this product locally, I ordered it through Amazon at a reasonable price. This very basic mix transforms your potatoes into a mouth watering delight. The directions are easy to follow. From start to finish, it takes 30ish minutes to prepare (time will vary depending on the amount of time it takes to cut the potatoes and warm the oven.

Great Flavor and Kick!

I love this stuff and no one in my area carries it anymore. It produces a lightly sauced (not runny) wing--more of a coating than a sauce--and is a perfect heat. If you like really fiery hot wings, this isn't for you but it's not mild either--has great flavor and a nice kick to it.

The only wing rub my family will eat. We make our own wings at home and this seasoning is perfect. Not too spicy but it can be if you use a lot. Shake your wings in a paper bag for a dry rub. Shake in a bowl with butter for wet sauce wings.

Love this Spice

Seems my grocery either doesn't stock (or couldn't keep in stock). When I saw this came in a box of 12 I snapped it up. Now I can make chicken wings whenever I want ! Yum !
