I’ve been taking supplements for 2.5 months (a little over 10 weeks) after getting horrible news of my very high cholesterol. A small change in my diet to limit red meat to once every other week, eating only lean proteins (chicken, turkey, fish), increasing fiber, and supplementing as seen below massively lowered my cholesterol. Take this as a part of your losing weight regime and you will see the difference. It definitely gives you more energy. I feel like I can workout more , and be more efficient at it . The more effective exercises are , the faster you lose weight . I can say that taking it’s liquid form is better but it also feels like tablets last longer so it’s cheaper this way. Also , make sure you swallow it fast because it starts dissolving immediately in your mouth , if you don’t , you’ll experience a weird aftertaste.

Works great for a hyperthyroid issue!

I was experiencing many symptoms of hyper thyroid problems, palpitations, out of breath, shakiness, anxiety, but after only a week of taking 2 each morning (with magnesium) the issue was solved. Feeling great now and no lingering signs of over active thyroid. I only take one a day now.

Really great product make you feel with more energy and believe me I used to work 18 hours straight in a cruise ship and after that I do some weights and cardio every day I increase my muscles a lot more thanks to this product and loos considerable weight I didn't measure the time frame to see how long took me to see results but I will say that after 3 months taking this pills I got great results, is the best for me in the market because some other pills make you hipper this ones are right in the spot where you want to be it really transform fat in to energy, I haven't buy it again because now I just do cardio not longer lifting weight but I will in a future and this will be definitely something I will get for that

No flavor , the value for how many I got was amazing. But omg the size of the pill crap. If you have a hard time taking pills you wont be able to swallow this one. It's very smooth, no smell, no flavor, but huge.
