You really can't go wrong with Melissa & Doug in the first place but this is great. The cord for the magnetic pen is just long enough to reach the entire board but not long enough for a child to hurt themselves. This is a great idea to help with dexterity and counting.

Great gift idea

This is an awesome toy to teach your kids how to count and sort. Back to the basics, simple but entertaining I bought a few of these for Christmas gifts for my grandkids they loved them. Simple and they can take them in the car as well no loose pieces

<3 <3 <3 <3 My daughter likes this puzzle (2.5 years old), my niece likes this puzzle (10 years old), and I like this puzzle (*cough* years old). This is not only great for Occupational Therapy but also for counting, animal identification, number identification, and problem solving skills! Awesome toy!!

A great idea

It’s a great product however if your toddler pushes hard when writing then the plastic that keeps all the beads inside will scratch

Super fun for a range of ages!

We got this for our 2yo niece for Christmas and she LOVES it! Before I wrapped it, my 5yo (almost 6) daughter played with it over and over. Definitely keeps them entertained and is a great "calm down" activity!

Maze for all ages

This maze is designed for 3+ and I would agree. Our three-year-old enjoys moving the balls with the magnet wand, counting how many are in each basket, and making the animal sounds. Our seven and nine-year-old enjoy doing this maze as well. Adults have even had races to see who can get the fastest time. It is well constructed. The only thing is to make sure you hold the magnet wand flat against the maze. Having the wand attached to the maze is wonderful.

Great puzzle, impossible to lose pieces!

This puzzle is completely enclosed and the wand is firmly attached with a string, so it is almost impossible for my kids to destroy it! We frequently will have a puzzle piece or 2 go MIA with other puzzles, but it is highly unlikely to occur with this one. I will definitely purchase more like these. It is also great for working on counting, fine motor skills, & hand/ eye coordination.

Great for Independent play and hand eye coordination

I bought this for my three year old nephew who loves to count and play number games. He caught on immediately to the concept and had no issues using the magnetic tool. He uses it to interact with the family as well as for independent play. Good quality product and simplistic but colorful graphics.

As always with Melissa and Doug products GREAT QUALITY.... I purchased this for my 2 1/2 year old grandson and he likes it, but pretty sure he will like it more when he gets older. Dexterity of moving the apples thru the maze is too much, but I will hold on to it until grandson is a smidgen older. Recommend for a 3 to 4 year old.

For when you need to have a calm baby!

Will keep your toddler entertained for at least 10 mins up to half an hour and they get excited to even see the board! I love this!
