Great value, shipped quickly! This is a nice quality guitar, and with the extra items included in this package, it has outstanding value. The little clip-on tuner is especially awesome, I love it!! My only complaint is that my DVD is warped and doesn't work past chapter 10 - but that is no big deal when you consider what all was included, and there are lots of instructional materials on Youtube that can be used instead. Be warned that it comes in a guitar-shaped box packed inside in a HUGE box - far larger than I expected - this could make delivery difficult in some cases, and I'm glad I was home when mine was delivered. I'm really pleased with this purchase. Thank you!

Great little guitar for a new student. I purchased this for my son, as his first guitar. I knew I didn't want to spend a lot of money, as he was just starting. It sounds nice and comes with a great little digital tuner that is easy enough for him to use all on his own.

Nice small body classical guitar. I like the fact that this guitar is all solid wood. It sounded really cheap and boxey when I first got it but it eventually opened up the more I played it. Nice mellow tone for such an inexpensive guitar. The 1 7/8 nut width is great if you don't like the full 2 inch nut of a standard size classical guitar. The bundle is good but definitely replace the gig bag if you want to protect this guitar. *** I later bought an inexpensive Gator GBE-MINI-ACOU Acoustic Guitar Bag to replace the gig bag included in the bundle.

i am 49 yrs old. i have played and owned many guitars in my time, all kinds. i ordered this supposedly cheap classical to learn the guitar stuff for my act. i am a solo musician, guitar and voice. it was my intention to have this as a practice guitar that i can take with me to the lakefront and just attain muscle memory on those 40 songs or so that still need attention. when i tuned it up i found that it played so well and easily, the action is great and it is well intonated, [ it plays in tune all over the neck.] i got the 7/8 size cause my hands are a little smaller than they should be to play a regular size one and this really fits me well. i think i will just end up getting an active pickup for this and will use this as my classical performance guitar. you should get this one if your looking for a perfect guitar for under 140 dollars with tax and shipping. i mean it. it is really good, and it is beautiful too.

I bought this guitar for my son to use during and after lessons. When I brought it to class all of the music instructor were in awe of the sound and quality. The bundle price was cheaper than the price of the single guitar I was going purchase at the music store. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Guitar arrived earlier today and I couldn't be happier. It is in perfect condition, not a scratch! Once the strings were stretched and tuned, it plays and sounds like the MUCH more expensive classicals I've owned in the past. (Cordoba and Alvarez) The neck is set perfect so the action is just right. It's low enough to allow easy scale and chord fingering without any string buzz. If you're looking for a nice classical for learning or performing, this is an excellent choice.

Great value! The guitar is sweet and sounds good - A++, very glad I bought The gig bag is ok. It feels a little cheap, but since the bundle is only $10 more than just buying the guitar, that's to be expected. It is useful for carrying the guitar around, which is really all you need out of a gig bag. I LOVE THE TUNER. Super useful. Honestly, if the bundle was just the guitar and a tuner, you'd be getting your money's worth. The CD was nice, but I haven't really used it. Same with the picks - I prefer finger plucking. The polishing cloth and extra strings are also super useful. All in all, GREAT value for the money!

I bought this for my 10 year old daughters first guitar lessons. The teacher recommended this model because it is easier to learn on since it does not have steel strings. She is very happy with it, and her playing ability is coming along great!

I have plenty of experience with the trumpet and the penny-whistle, but I'm relatively new to the classical guitar. I can't believe how inexpensive this thing is for the quality, though. I play with a small group of much more advanced classical guitar musicians every month, and I can barely tell the difference between their thousand-dollar guitars and mine when it comes to timbre and sound quality.

I really like this Classical guitar, and I'm not disappointed. I been playing almost my entire life, and I never once owned a nylon string guitar. So I didn't have a lot of many to spend a good one, so I decided to get a beginner's classical guitar. I did some research and watched a lot of review videos on YouTube, and discovered that the Yamaha C40, and the Cordoba classical beginner's guitar was the top favorites. So, I just went with the C40, and I do not regret it.
