This is my first bottle of this CLA and am halfway taking it. Have begun seeing some muscle toning especially in my thighs which are my problem areas. Also, my abdominal fat seems to have been reduced...other gym rats tell me am looking 'tighter' and 'more defined'!!

MET-Rx brand has been around a long time

I like the MET-Rx CLA Tonalin 1000 Supplement because it seemed to work just fine. But I also trained hard and followed a good diet. I like the brand overall because it's old school and makes me feel like I was training back in the 90's.
